  • My wife saw a tape of me when I was in hs/college when I was 'in shape' and she damn near put her head through the tv while screaming at the top of her lungs "Who Is That!?!?!?!" "Who Is That?!?!?!" for a minute straight.

Good Lord I have a lot of work to do.

    lol :D

You're not the only one! I've got some work to do, too!

I scream at the top of my lungs and ask "who is that?! who is that?!" when see old pics of myself...lol. *sigh* :D

Right on. They could fit into that routine easily enough. I'd do them on your upper body day actually, so they're spread out from squats.

really cuz I've always done them on lower body day...but this is actually a good idea because I have so much trouble with lower body now I shouldn't add anything to it.

upper body is so fun and easy. the pain is good on upper body...

the pain on lower body makes me want to vomit.

i really need to get fit again.. i used to be able to run to the fridge to get a cold beer... but i need exercise.

i dont want giant muscles or anything, just back to how i felt when i played soccer all the time.
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

The only downfall to exercise is getting dressed for it, and out the door. Am I the only one that thinks this? Once I'm there the potential for SOARING through the heavens on a glorious runners' high is skyhigh! That's a good reason to do it for me. Unfortunately, I have to GET THERE first.

I'm usually ok with getting there. I get frustrated while I'm there, get bored, or my stomach bothers me.

    So far so good.

  • This is a good one for people over 30:

    Exercise Routine

If you're over 30, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it
faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.

Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!

    SCROLL DOWN...

    NOW SCROLL UP..

That's enough for the first day. Great job.
