During the work week:
Half hour cardio/ Half Hour weights. 7 days
During the off week:
45 min cardio 4 times a week, Hour on the weights 4 times a week.
Snowboard 3 days.NERDS!0 -
45 mins of cardio
15-20 mins of pilates
15-20 mins of strengthening

I'm in the off season....I mostly just bang for a few hours a day now.
So far so good.Progress is not made by everyone joining some new fad,
and reveling in it's loyalty. It's made by forming coalitions
over specific principles, goals, and policies.

Exercise Routine
If you're over 30, you might want to take it easy at first, then do it
faster as you become more proficient. It may be too strenuous for some.
Always consult your doctor before starting any exercise program!
