Glad to see at least some of us got lucky with Toronto. I'm actually gonna be out of town that weekend, but after some deft negotiating I managed to clear the slate for Saturday night and arrange for a car to take me back...and then back again after I'm finished so I can sleep for four hours and run a major event the following morning! wOOt!!

    A little surreal
Chris Cornell playing at a place called Stubbs Bar-B-Q.

I can not wait until the 8th. I bought two tickets thinking my sister would go - she said she didn't want to go(crazy)! One of my co-workers will be going instead.

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR POSTING THE REST OF THE DATES!

i have to disagree with this comment in the article:

Cornell has been called "the single most dynamic rock and roll force produced by the Grunge Revolution of the early '90s."

i LOVE cornell, but we ALL know who REALLY IS the single most dynamic rock and roll force.
I died. I died and you just stood there. I died and you watched. I died and you walked by and said no. I'm dead.
  • hahaha I agree Chuck!!

YAY B-day show for Lydia!! awesome!!

Any NYers who bought tickets to the TLA show in Philly... if you get tickets to the Irving Plaza show, I'd be happy to take your Philly tickets off your hands :)

    Billboard article:
    http://www.billboard.com/bbcom/news/article_display.jsp?vnu_content_id=1003560309
"In Soundgarden, the members weren't that wild about touring," Cornell tells Billboard.com. "Even in Audioslave, it wasn't always first and foremost. My family is geared toward it; that's what I do and they'll do it with me." Cornell adds that he is excited to visit new parts of the world on the road. "I've played like two shows in my life in Latin America, with the exception of one or two shows Soundgarden played in Mexico," he says"
