I saw it on Friday. It was hilarious!!!

Note, if you don't like Danny McBride's style of humor, you might not like this movie at all.

I guess thats why I thought it sucked. I didnt even know anything he said in this movie was intended as humor, to be honest...just my opinion though.. ;)

I fell like if you saw the trailer, you saw the whole movie. Nothing special to see.

Fair enough! To each his own.

Wait a second... Did two people just disagree on something, and not need to insult each other?? Am I in the right forum?!

    haha, yeah.. ;)

btw, Is that guy McBride the dude in that TV show Eastbound and Down? I have really wanted to see that (gonna get it on DVD).. I can see how he'd be funny in that.

Yes it is. That might be the funniest show on TV but start from the 1st season. he also does a great job in Tropic Thunder

I recommend it (and, like Shadowcast, noted, start from the beginning!). He's an absolute riot.

Saw Crazy Stupid Love earlier today. Movie theater was packed for a 3:45 show of a movie that came out a few weeks ago. Overall I enjoyed it, probably would have been better if i didn't go by myself and took a woman though  Decent soundtrack as well with Dead Weather, Miike Snow, Thievery Corporation and Goldfrapp

we saw that at an early show when it first came out and I think there were a handful of people in the audience.

yes. i own it. i missed it at the cinema so i had to buy it to see it. cheaper that way too.

it was difficult to watch cause for a lot of people, that is their story up there and could so easily be many more peoples story. i prefer those kinds of films.

  • Apollo 18.

not bad, not as scary or horror like as i was expecting, they could have taken it further, but i guess they wanted to try keep it on the "possible" side of things. still not a bad way to kill an hour half.

I wasnt expecting much though, and was very pleasantly surprised.

  • I saw the worst movie in my life last night.

    Evreything Must Go.

Terrible. I am a huge fan of Will Ferrel, but I felt violated after I saw it. I want my money back and I want to sue for wasting my energy to keep my eyes open. :x

  • Tinket, Tailor, Soldier, Spy is out tomorrow in the UK. Sadly, the yanks will have to wait until December for this, due to Oscar contention tactics. I highly recommend it, just don't go in expecting car chases and explosions. This is a methodical and engaging espionage drama and is a beautiful film.

If anyone wants to check out my review on my film blog, here it is- spoiler-free: http://wp.me/p1LZHn-4W

Lucky ass!!! So are you home now??
I just saw Cowboys and Aliens.. was super good considering how oddly crazy the book is ( which is a KILLER read by the way!!) I was quite impressed!! It carried the plot very well considering the flashbacks were what I thought would be the hardest part to simulate, and the Aliens were so LIKE how I pictured them reading the story.. very good indeed!!

Yeah I couldn't believe all the hype that thing got. And didn't jackie weaver get an Oscar nom for it?

It seemed like a cheap underbelly tv movie to me.
