I'm not sick all the time. I was when I used to smoke or when I was around smoke all the time.
I was slightly anemic, last year. I started taking iron supplements. hey ... i hope my post didn't come across as something it wasn't ... for sure people can live healthy lifestyles with a vegetarian or vegan diet ... i think for some people tho - it's very difficult because of physiology ...0 -
