Sunny’s first big snowstorm.0 -
lucky little kitties sitting inside in climate control ... Lou is doing well, although he is a little kibble demon that will devour the other cat's food. A series of timers, tunnels and mirrors ... much like how the Egyptians built the pyramids ... is used to allow other cats to eat.

They are both so cute. Sunny is also a big food hog. My vet said kittens are just basically ravenous all the time. When I feed my cats I have to watch. If Sunny is done and Lukin isn’t, I just pick her up until he finishes. He is usually less than a minute behind her. Hopefully, as she gets older she will learn to chew her food and not just vacuum it down.Jason P said:lucky little kitties sitting inside in climate control ... Sox got to enjoy some sunshine over the weekend. All the outdoor kitties made it thru the storm and were playing after being boxed up by the weather. Box and Sox got their first big test in survival ... although having heated houses helps!

I’m so glad they are surviving the cold. It’s great you are keeping an eye on them and giving them some shelter from the weather.Jason P said:Sox got to enjoy some sunshine over the weekend. It has been a rough go in our area for the past month. They've got to love those heated houses.Jason P said:Sox got to enjoy some sunshine over the weekend. Waiting for the Kibble ... he will eat from the bowl while I hold it but there is a 6 inch danger zone that kicks into flight if breached. Box keeps a 6 foot danger zone

Need some help if possible friends! Our new cats (strays that were fostered for a year prior to our adoption in October) have been coming around. They sleep on furniture now, and Poe jumped on my lap while gaming! But we have yet to touch his sister Freya. Tried to get them in for a vet appointment but that didn’t happen, and gabapentin is a great idea but they didn’t ingest enough. Any ideas? Is it just a waiting game for them to acclimate? 0 -
It can take a while. It sounds like they are making progress. So, just keep doing what you are doing.Vitalogensia said:

This is how Sunny looks at me when she is begging for food. She knows exactly what she is doing with those Disney eyes.0 -

You might want to try Feliway also. You can buy plug-ins. They are supposed to be calming to cats.Vitalogensia said:
