"...as for the Honeybees, they were good...a little too good...and we don't need the competition...." OK..so put your career ahead of seven starving stranded folks...I hate you Bango! I hate you!!
So who are the "Shadow of the statue" people, cause they are apparently not aligned with Benry or Chuckles Widmore.
Hurley in the van with Miles and Chang was funny.

I think they are Dharma comming back to the Island.

I would like to know what improvements Hurley was planning for Empire Strikes Back.

Sounds like he planned on having Luke and Vader "hug it out, b*tch" and talk through Luke's anger with his father, instead of getting into a lightsaber duel so that we wouldn't get stuck with The Return of the Jedi and the Ewoks, based on his comments...

Next time someone needs to tell me a secret, I'm going to say I'm in the Circle of Trust. The way Miles delivered that line to Radzinksky cracked me up.

Did they steal that line from "Meet the Parents"? It did crack me up- the dialog between Miles and Hurley has been really good.

All the world will be your enemy, Prince with a thousand enemies, and whenever they catch you, they will kill you. But first they must catch you, digger, listener, runner, prince with the swift warning. Be cunning and full of tricks and your people shall never be destroyed.

Nah I'm just gonna ask people if they know what's in the shadow of the statue....

Hurley had some good dialog last night. I like the comment which went something like "you're just jealous that my powers are better than your powers" because he could "see" dead people AND talk with them, while Miles could only talk to them.
The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way it treats its animals. Ghandi
Is it just me or did Dr. Chang's statement about the Polar Bear experiments show a schism between some of the Dharma folks?

It seems as if there are different experiments and research going on with different leaders for each. So who is the head guy I wonder. Horace just doesn't seem all that sophisticated. I guess it is our physicist whose name has escaped me at the moment. I am now thinking that he is in fact, Charlotte's father. I poo-poo'd that idea when it was originally brought up.

This episode seemed like total filler. They better get cracking.
there's been a lot of talk about how Ancient Egyptian mythology might explain what's happening on the island and in the show... the stories of Egyptian gods Khonsu, Thoth, & Anubis have a lot of connections to the events on the island
the big reveal of Ben in the temple & the smoke monster seems to be very strongly connected to Anubis

Anyway -- bring back Sayid -- he's HOT!!
That is what I thought too. I think it is Dharma going back to the Island to take it over.

welcome!
i was at my friend Garrett's house watching and we paused it for about 20-30 minutes while we dissected the blackboard
I got that too. Like what he was doing was important and what the other people were doing was child's play in his opinion.

Wasn't something like this brought up a few weeks ago between other Dharma experiments? I forget who the dialog was between right now.

but at least it extends the fun
no, not ready... Farraday-heavy episodes are always a mind-fuck and no matter how much you prepare, you're never ready
