And the obit Joe posted says the body was discovered at 4AM after someone heard loud noises, so they found Johnny straight away.

  • With any other show, I would pass the following off as a simple oversight, but with Lost you just never know....when Locke was visiting Walt in NYC, they showed the intersection being W.67th St and 8th Ave. Don't know who else here is from New York, but there is no W 67th St and 8th Ave in NYC, 8th Ave ends at 57th Street. Just a stupid random thought.

And me thinks Walt has a lot to do with this story still

I liked how shocked Ben was when he learned Jin was still alive. I am curious to see if he killed Locke hoping he would not be alive when he got back to the Island. Or if Locke could not commit suicide to die.

I can't wait to see Ben's face when he sees Locke alive again.

So where in time are the new survivors?

And did 06 jump back in time with that flash? And if so how will everyone get back to the same time?

And why did a flash happen if Locke fixed the wheel?

You didn't watch the enhanced version of last week's? Remember when Locke 'fixed' the wheel, the well hadn't been dug yet, so they had to be in the past. The enhanced version said they are in the '70's, when Jin drove up in the van. When Jack, Kate, etc came back to the island, the flash probably represented them entering the island/time/portal whatever. They did have to travel through space/time after all, to get there.

I think now that they're in the '70's, we'll see a lot of Dharma back story and at least a few episodes in that time period.

  • And I am curious about the new people on the Island, it seems they know more that anyone realizes. Were they planted by Widmore? What was the war he was talking about?

Oooh yeah, good point. I bet they are his people to retake the island, and Ben's are still in the temple. Wonder what side everyone will take (Locke, the other Losties)!

Well, I guess Locke didn't commit suicide ... lol.

Did not see Ben murdering him. Got totally blindsided like that.

    Another great episode!
As soon as Ben came up to the room and interrupted him, I knew that Ben would end up killing him. I don't know what Ben is up to but I never believe there's anything good in his intentions.
Once again, I couldn't agree more! I am convinced that Ben is pure evil...and I *ALWAYS* assume he has ill intentions. I know there are those who believe in the end that Ben will turn out to be the good guy all along...I just don't see it happening. Every story has an antagonist...and he's it.

Yeah, and I think Widmore might be good. Or they could both be bad, and need to be wiped out so John can take over.

I was on the phone and missed that, but I did see how it said the island is not visible from the air. So how did the dharma food drops happen?

I think Lockes Group might be in present day on the Island though. It is had to tell with everyone in differnt times.

I agree, I think Walt will be back more, there is no way they would show him and have Abbadon say Locke is 0-2 with getting people.

I enjoyed this episode, much better than the last few.

    Walt is what? 45 now?

That whole scene felt like a final Walt cameo to me. Just like a goodbye scene. Series is wrapping up in 1 1/2 seasons, and since the Michael storyline is wrapped up, I think the Walt one is too. I just don't see him adding anything more.

I disagree. I think we'll be seeing alot more of Walt this season and next. He's "special"...in a good way.

Plus, I dreamed that Walt was on the Ajira flight.

Well Walt did tell Locke that he had a dream about Locke being on the island in a suit surrounded by people who wanted to kill him, so maybe Walt was there to give us(and Locke) a clue that Ceasar and company aren't just a bunch of tourists who wanted to visit that vacation mecca Guam.
