    No, he probably had to go to prison to get sober. It just didn't work for me because I really didn't believe that that character would have done that. It was a really good movie (with a good soundtrack), but I just didn't like the end because it was unconvincing.

    I agree PJ_Soul. I can see if he wasn't in his true element (which was being TOTALLY WASTED ) that he might crack, (pun intended). If he was sober & feeling uncomfortable maybe, but doubtful. I know too many alcoholics, I never saw any of them with a conscience when they were drunk, just doesn't happen. But I did enjoy the movie, even better than Argo, which I saw the night before. Affleck may be able to direct, but he still sucks as an actor :thumbdown: .

    They're are plenty of believable things on everywhere else. Pretty much everything on TV is reality. Movies should be an escape for reality not a version of it in my opinion.
