Re-watched Spielbergs Munich yesterday, and I don't know if it is even covered in the book it is based on (?) - but it's a bit off that the Lillehammer incident that ended the "mission" isn't covered, where Mossad went to Norway and shot an innocent married waiter.

Story-wise, I don't see how a writer wouldn't put it as the third act finale with them wanting to have Eric Banas character in the end "disillusioned" about what they had done? It's in line with going after the "main badguy" they keep referencing, because that's the guy Mossad went to Norway to kill. I wonder if it was included in any of the three original scripts written. But if it isn't in the book, it was logically never considered to be a part of the story. But still weird that bit is "completely" removed from the narrative.

    That is odd....great movie though
Yes. it would give Judd Apattow-characters less action if it ended with that fuck up.

Would be an interesting movie initself. Will have to check out and see if the norweigans has made a movie about it.

By the way, the assassination on the boat in Holland in the film is one of the scariest things I’ve seen. The moment with the cat :/

That would be awesome! I’d go for The Thing alone.

I watched about 30 minutes or so of Dark Places. Didn't catch the beginning and trust me I happened upon the exact wrong spot to start that movie. :fearful:

Luckily, Mullholand Drive is also showing here in Gothenburg. When it comes to the Carpenter films, only Escape from NY and Prince of Darkness. But that is also cool. But is it The Thing cool? No.

I think The Thing is also a cool film SC..I can't say the same for Barry Lyndon, one of his weakest work..

This shit was funny.  I know the joke is partially on me, but I still loved it.  Great acting on top of the script.

So many bee related puns to make, but let’s just say the action was pretty sweet. A good film? No. Did enjoy this movie? Yes.
