    I really liked this.
I did too.  Bob Dylan is so real and this documentary does a great job of showing that.
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

Forgot how good this movie was. Liked it even more upon second vieweing. Slow burner.

The movie is ridiculous. I hated it.

Didn't hate it. But like most biopics it feels like a big montage. And for having these fantastical musical-parts it wasn't very fantastical.

    Why did you hate it?

Should I go see Booksmart or Child's Play tomorrow at the cinema?

Child's Play. I haven't seen either one, but that is the one that's at the top of my list currently. My better half was too tired to go to see it this evening.

I hate musicals in general. All that breaking into song and dance crap in the middle of an enjoyable story actually angers me, lol. And some parts were just so stupid, like when he blasted off into space. And when he was taken to the hospital and there was a dance number that used his unconscious body after a suicide attempt. I also didn't think that the actor's vocals were very good. I mean, if he was at a karaoke bar and sounded like that, i'd be really impressed. But I felt that it didn't come quite close enough to the real deal for me to enjoy it. It really just reminded me of what I was missing. It made me want to leave the movie and listen to Elton John records instead.

I thought I would never, ever, want to watch the new Child's Play when I heard it was coming out soon....and then I learned this:

    April Ludgate is in it!

It appears her and Andy Dwyer had a kid and get him a Chucky doll?

    I'm in!  ;)

I guess there is no chance the new Child's Play is taking place in the same universe as the original... right?

No, I don't think so. As far as I know it's a reboot.

That's sad. Could have just soft rebooted. And then have the real Chucky return in the sequel.

Because this Chucky looks like ass.

    Cop Rock, anyone?

I'm not typically a fan of musicals either.  I was interested in seeing this film, but now that I know dancing was even incorporated into a scene like that (any scene?), no way.

I don't like musicals either, which is why I don't plan to see this.  It seems stupid for people to suddenly start singing and dancing.  But just a page or so ago, I mentioned rewatching Cabaret after umpteen years and enjoying it again.  But all of the songs in that movie take place on stage (other than one in a public setting) and I guess that's why it doesn't seem so much like a musical.

Joel Grey really gives me the creeps though I guess he's supposed to.
