Disobedience - solid movie, with good cast

Ocean's 8  - average, didn't hate it, but will never watch it again

Think Oceans 8, was more of a chicks flick! I loved the clothes and jewelry!

Yeah, I don't normally mind chick flicks, some I really like.

I suppose this was a very similar formula the the other Ocean's movies, and that's where I found it a little boring. Certainly watchable, just not memorable and I found myself picking plot holes throughout the movie, which is generally a sign for me that I'm not loving it

If you like bat sh*t crazy movies with an excess of violence and gore then this one is for you. It starts off a bit slow (and the title card doesn't even show up until an hour along into the movie) but it's definitely worth the watch.

No, but I have a filmmaker friend with very high standards, and even he said it was really really good.

I liked it when it came out but Joaquin Phoenix ruins it on attempts to re-watch.  He is fucking awful.  The fact that he received and Oscar nomination still makes me laugh.

Liked this Gladiator more on re-watching.

It's a very good movie... My mom absolutely LOVES it beyond what is normal, lol. She is not the kind of person to watch a movie more than once, but she's supposedly watched Gladiator a dozen times, lol. Not that I should talk. I've watched is several times over the years... But I am the type to watch movies more than once.

Agree about Pheonix, but it sill doesn't ruin the movie for me.

I have seen the "other" Gladiator a few times and thoroughly enjoyed it

Downsizing - really disappointing. It had an interesting concept and hinted at ‘bigger’ questions, but just went nowhere.

Kristen Wiig and Jason Sudeikis were wasted in this too. They could have added so much to it if they’d had more than 10 minutes on screen

Yep, major disappointment. Had so much potential but missed a great opportunity
