oh man, did anyone see the rock or pebble Coco's bunt just hit to keep the ball fair? That is the very definition of home field advantage.

I was about to call that comeback but I had to clean some sardines here at work.

Great win boys, the Sox are tough at home.

  • Ah, just think, this time next week the boys will have just wrapped up a sweep of the Rays and will be in first place....can't wait

Yanks have won the first two...game three today/tonight. I remember my dear old pessimistic dad saying early in the season that the Rays would win the division and i told him he was senile. Oh well, maybe they still won't.
Rays go to toronto this weekend and then to Boston...lead stands at three games right now

HAHA! Wish I was but I live down on the farm in Mississippi....don't think I will be making it! I did go over to Atlanta when the sox were in town in '07....my only Sox game. Manny, Papi, J.D., Youk....seems like somebody else too...all homered and they won 11-1. Glad I didn't make the 6 hour trip to see them get beat

You should totally catch a game there. I caught a game in Yankee Stadium and it was just a great atmosphere for a game even if I did have the misfortune of going on Macarena Night when the Yanks were trying to set the Guiness Record for largest crowd doing the Macarena. It was was 1996. ;)

I was at that game. It was against Seattle in August 1996. That was weird to be surrounded by people dancing to that to say the least.

But back to the topic, get to Fenway even just once. Sometimes you'll luck out and see a great game like I did in 1999 when Pedro Martinez struck out 16 Atlanta Braves.
