I guess if you figure that Lowell never would have been in the game had Youk never charged you can make a case for this story. But their win on Monday had nothing to do with him getting tossed, and the win Tuesday was more about the fact that after Porcello got ran, the TIgers had to put a no-name kid in to pitch, and he got jumped on.
This incident doesn't give the Red Sox any more of an identity than they had on Sunday. Other than the fact that they have won two in a row...
