    What's up with Paplebon? Seriously? I still like our chances when he comes in but as of recently he's been questionable.

    Any thoughts? Just tired? Needs a week off to clear his head?

    His problem is that he is throwing his fastball every pitch. Which is weird to me because I would think that Tek would tell him to throw a slider or something. Also fatigue most be getting to him. Also, to be honest, I think a little bit of arrogance my be part of the problem. He should be fine in the playoffs though.

    no makes senses to me. Not sure why Varitek is not changing it up.

    He's not perfect, better to have some troubles now than in the post season. Besides the Sox are winning and still win this division.

    Honestly, I'm not nervous with Papelbon at all.

    Look at the other teams in the post season in both leagues. He's the best closer in the group.

    And before people get hung up about K Rod and his saves. Look at the raw stats.

    anyways, this guy makes awesome wwII-era propaganda sports themed prints (it will make sense when you click the above link and see them). they are all handmade and individual numbered, signed, dated, etc.

    fyi - i have no affiliation with this guy other than the fact that i bought a sox print from him last year for my mom for christmas. after i got it matted and framed it looks pretty awesome.

    i agree that the style is similar. i like the big papi one as well. i wish i was able to have bought the pedroia print, although there is always the $10 poster.

    he was commisioned for a set of 4 posters that dunkin donuts gave away, but i would have to guess that they were given away just in the boston/new england area (as i know you are out in california).
