    I was at a local watering hole last night watching the mets/ nats and that place went bananas when willy mo got that base knock to drive in the go ahead run. go nats!!!

    and the best part was hearing harry kalas on the baseball package, which is starting to carry to the phillies' telecasts.

    Hahahahahahahahahaha! Way to go Phils! And thank you Mets for helping us Phillies fans forget about 1964. (even though most of us probably weren't around for that collapse) Hell, 2 weeks ago, I was ready to concede the division to you. I didn't even think you guys would blow a 7 game lead. But thank you for proving me wrong.

    Let's finish strong and clinch this title.

    P.S. And even though the E-A-G-L-E-S, Eagles! chant can be annoying at times, there is no chant more annoying than J-E-T-S, Jets, Jets, Jets!

    My dad and little sis are going tonight. They've gone to every game all week. I think I created a monster when I bought them tix to go to a game for my dad's birthday last month. My dad thought I was taking him to a game and I was like no it's for you and my sis. They never really spend much time together and now they are bonding over this team. It's great.

    That's awesome. Make sure they give you a rally towel!! Saw all the fans just throwing them after last night's game, it looked like it was snowing rally towels from the upper level.

    i'm thinking of heading down there tommorow, but the only tickets i saw were standing room only.

    Standing room is not bad at all there. Have you been to the park before? The way they designed it is so that the whole stadium is open so you can stand from virtually any spot and get a good view of the field.

    I went twice in 2004, sat behind the plate and in the outfield. given the circumstances of the game, standing room might be worth it. are you going tommorow?

    Not definite, but probably about 80% chance I'm going. My friend has tickets and I should be going with him - unless his older brother comes down from NY tomorrow.
