    Zepp (The Misty Mountain Hop of goalies) is great. I should get to see him play Sunday in Hershey once he's sent down if Mason is a go. I'm going to have to take him out for a beer

    Damm blackhawks!
    I actually felt that the flyers played pretty good. some breakdowns in the defense zone. the 2nd goal was weak on Zepp but i was impressed how he came back.

    I read Stolarz was back up and Mason won't go till Saturday. They threw in a possible Thursday, but I guess they'll see how the week goes

    This team would probably win the Cup if they make the playoffs. There aren't any bottom feeders in the playoffs for them to lose to. Philly doesn't seem to have problems with the top teams

    So they lose to the 2 worst teams in the East and in between beat the best team in hockey and another decent team. I'm not watching a lot of this team but when I do, McDonald does something awful.

    this team is so frustrating to watch. going to watch them tomorrow in Toronto so if the common trend continues they will lose to teams that they should beat.

    Like I said, How utterly amazing is it that this organization just risked the health of the best goalie they have had in years. Sticking him into this game when all week he basically said that he was not mentally or physically ready to play in a game.
    This is so f'n bad, but not surprising. Mismanagement of the Cap causes situations like this.
    And they are currently trailing Toronto 2-0....Toronto.
    Unreal.

    Was at the game last night. and all I have to say is how the fuck do you out grossman on the damm ice on the penalty kill?

    other than G and V, the offense even thought they put up close to 50 shots was not good. too many shots were from the point with no one in front of the net.

    lets starting looking for a real NHL coach

    also, are you telling me that play Zac is better than playing Vinny? I am not a fan of Vinny contract but he is a better player than Zac.

    its amazing that the maple leafs were able to trade the Clarkson contract but yet the flyers can't find someone to take the Vinny contract. maybe its because the leafs played Clarkson while the flyers just sit Vinny.

    lavi tends to have a short shelf life i find. i wonder if the flyers would go after the Sharks coach (sorry forgetting his name) if the sharks don't make the playoffs.

    of course would love to see the flyers go after babcock but don't see him leaving Detroit

    Slim playoff chances update.
    Trail BOS by 4 points- BOS has two games in hand
    Trail Florida by 2 points- FLO has one game in hand.
    Ottawa is 1 point back w/ Three games in hand.

    yeah it's kinda a double edge sword situation there. I think i'd rather see them in the playoffs although they wouldn't get too far.

    If the Blackhawks win first two rounds and Kimmo plays 50% of games, it goes to 3rd rounder.
