  • the prob is i ate to much of them .it´s bad bec. of the sourness that the grapefruit has.i try to find it out if milk is ok .what are tums??

I havnt heard of any doctor saying Milk isnt ok unless your like me and your very lactose intolerant (in other words, allergic to milk, cheese, yogurt or anything else with ANY sort of milk in it)

I drank alot of Soy milk, and got my calcium from dark leafy green veggies like Kale and spinach etc.

Tums, is something you take to relieve heartburn and indigestion but has calcium inside.

I think Quiet Rhythm put it nicely, it is an antacid but also can be used as a calcium supplement. My midwife told me to take two a day for my daily calcium since the prenatal vitamins (the pink pills) don't have enough.

I'm SO excited for PBM and PBW for their little boy to come into the world! YEA!!! :D

  • I had some bad pains during the first trimester and then again at the end. The doctor said that is totally normal and that it is because of your ligaments stretching, but sometimes it hurt so bad that I was scared.

Congratulations! That's wonderful! PBM I was looking for your tag in this thread. Could you write something again so others see your tag, and not mine?

yeah it is quite normal. I had that during my pregnancy were my stomach sides were hurting and even now. Also you'll get belly aches too. your body is getting used to the growing baby inside of you, so thus, everything is stretching out, your uterus moves up to your rib cage. It is quite a trip! :)

i went to my midwife yesterday, she checked up on me and my cervix, still nothing. Haven't dilated yet. Almost approaching week 38 and I am already anxious to have her out already! :D
