not sure if it matters at this point, but my initial rsvp was for me, but that's gonna be McJuicy + 1

Can the organizer find out if they will have a cover charge or not? If so what will it be? Cover charges drive me away from bars. I prefer to buy a few extra drinks rather than pay the bar to let me in. If you ask me, bringing 150-200 people in their establishment on a monday night should be pretty profitable without a cover charge. Fundraiser or not, cover charges suck! Also someone wanted to know about the age requirement. I think that you can go in until a certain time if you are under 18.

As mentioned before, parking in this area of Columbia can be extremely tough. Many of you will walk miles - I can guarantee.

    here's a possible solution...

    http://www.thecolonialcenter.com/100/Parking.asp
This is acceptable as long as you all stay out of my parking spot. ;) And yes, I do work there and have a parking spot in that garage.

I should note that the middle and top levels are available for parking. The bottom level is reserved for DOT employees still at the office and for DOT employees that might attend any after hours event that is downtown. So, park on the bottom level at your own risk -- although, usually there is someone there to tell you to go to the middle level entrance.

Hey guys, I used to post on the PJ boards over at sonymusic probably 8-10 years ago. I am the guy who asked Eddie the meaning of Yellow Ledbetter in the Lycos chat back in 2000. I followed the lead in this thread and booked at the Marriott closest to the arena, hopefully we will have a nice crowd of fans to walk back with after the show. My bro and I will definitely be hitting the pre-party up, so you can +2 to the list.

I will be leaving early the next morning to trek up to Virginia Beach, so maybe I will see a few of you guys there too. Can't wait to meet everyone, we are psyched for this.

I just purchased my tickets, so I'm officially going to SC- yay!! So this is what I was thinking about donating and will begin burning tonight:

A SC and surrounding areas 10 Disc DVD Bootleg pack:

    1-14-95 Washington DC
    10-4-96 Charlotte, NC
    9-1-98 Atlanta, GA
    9-3-98 Birmingham, AL
    8-7-00 Atlanta, GA
    10-11-04 Washington, DC
    5-30-06 Washington, DC
10-22-90 Mookie Blaylock- 1st show! (Not in the area, but still pretty sweet)

So, what does everyone think? I'm not sure how close DC is to SC, but these are the closest shows that I have to the area.

Greetings - coming to Columbia with my 17 year old son - his first PJ show - question is that I would love to hit The Saucer for a little pre-show libations but do not know if it is only a bar or is it a restaurant too so he could join me? Any info would be most appreciated...

    can't wait - 2 weeks!!!
