I'm flying into Nashville from Canada and I have now managed to get a hotel, change my flight and even get a ticket to the show in Columbia! Except now just got to get to Columbia from Bonnaroo.... if anyone is making the trek and looking for some company, I will gladly chip in for gas and road trip munchies! Please PM me if you have room for one more!

No, you should only have to pay $10 for the 24 HR period. I'm a drinker and the car stays. It is like a five block walk from the hotel to the Flying Saucer and from the saucer to the CC is like 3 blocks at most. Very short walks. It will also be hard to find parking at the Saucer.

Oh yeah, I didn't get the invite this time and I'm guessing it's because I got my tickets through the Ten Club instead of through the venue.

This thread was created and the wonderful people who put the Fan PreParty together went with The Flying Saucer. I being from the area know that this will be the spot. Great atmosphere, good beer, and hundreds of PJ fans!!! The one sent to you by the Colonial Center is another attempt by them to make more money. $30 cover. Go if you like but I will tell you that the Saucer is the #1 joint!!! http://forums.pearljam.com/images/icons/icon7.gif

I would imagine there will be some people that choose to go to the "Official" pre-party. Probably folks who have......or....um....maybe dignitaries that will be in attendance.....or season ticket holders (?).....or....I dont know who their target audience is intended to be.
Certainly not 10C members, I would think. And I only say that because it's likely that 10C members will all be going to the pre-party that is being organised by 10C members.
    I cant freakin wait.

yes, I believe that is the one. If you bid for it on priceline.com, it's the only 3 star hotel that will come up in the central Columbia area for $51 :)

$75 still beats $185. Looks like a great hotel, extremely close to the venue. Looks like a trend is starting...should be a bunch of fans staying there.

I dorve by this place last week. It looks pretty nice. I would stay there. Not sure about the interior but the exterior is very nice. It's near the new walking trail of riverfront. Riverfront Park maybe??? Anyhow, you should be set. As far as walking distance goes it is a few extra steps, across the bridge, uphill. I would suggest a cab unless it is cool outside. Today was hot as hell and the humidity will make you sweat like James Brown!
