this is for all those so called i bleed giant blue nice job selling all the tickets to saturday's game to the pats fan base your a joke at best ,i hope they loose to tampa by 30 ....way to show support for the last home game of the season ...
jesus greets me looks just like me ....
  • they will beat tampa. easy. tampa wins because they played against shit all year. giants are mocked because they played a tough schedule and have eli as qb. they hung with green bay for 3 qtrs, hung with dalls for 8 qtrs, and will beat the Pats saturday. giants d should shut down tampas O easy. 9 out of 10 times.

Im a diehard fan and never been to a Giants game...thats kinda fucked up..I cant disagree :/

but I still dont see us sucking that bad and losing to the Bucs
Aah, fuck it, I’m just gonna go home, turn on the fuckin’ TV...
Watch the nightly news and drink a beer...
Like I could even change the world, yeah right...

  • i'm a cowboys fan... but i'm really rooting for you guys to truly show the patriots how much of giants you guys really are. so just for this saturday i'll be a giants fan. ;) i know these guys can be beaten. it's just a matter of taking the lead and holding it by shutting the patriots down (which is possible).
This isn't the land of opportunity, it's the land of competition.
  • I would sell my ticket too. YOu kidding me. the money these are fetching???? if you paid $80 bucks for a season ticket seat, and you can get $500? you just paid for more than half you season ticket in one game.

besides, its all over talk radio today and its all everyone it talking about....would you start your starters?.....fuck no. why would a giant fan want to sit in the cold and watch the fat lefthander hand the ball off to droughns?

this game means absolutely nothing to the giants. they are in, they are playing tampa, they have nothing to gain. sure, it would be neat to beat the pats, but its a whole lot neater to advance to the second, and 3rd rounds of the playoffs and then the Superbowl.

the giants and their fans want a playoff win with a healthy jacobs, burress, wilson, etc....not a win over the patriots.

besides, its going to be something special when the patriots finish the reg. season undefeated and then lose to the chargers, colts, or jags.

  • very hypothetical...
say the Giants somehow go all the way to the super bowl this year.
Would Shockey be back ?? I thought they said his broken leg is a 6 week thing? With the Super bowl being in early Feb there could be a chance??

shockey is on injured reserve, which makes him ineligible to return this season.

it's a terrible rule when you consider how many players get injured each year in the NFL. but that's just how it works. players placed on IR cannot come back until the following season.

Who needs Shockey when we got the BOSS-man

  • I'm admittedly not a big fan of Eli's, basically since he whined his way out of San Diego. But today was one of those days where I was hoping he would prove me wrong. He played well. Amani was the MVP today. I think the weather has a lot to do with Eli's play. He sucks in bad weather. And next week...does it get much better than a Giants/Cowboys playoff game?

Can't believe it's their first playoff meeting.

  • Ahmad Bradshaw!! Perfect 1-2. Jacobs & Bradshaw.
Bradshaw (if stays healthy) will be a stud in this league. You just look at him and watch him play & think "he's got it."

He could be 10x more than Tiki Barker ever was. Hope you're having fun at home playing with each other Barber brothers!

    How Bout Them Cowboys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • This should be a good game.

Pound them with Jacobs, dance around them with Bradshaw, and then pick your spots with Eli.

ALMOST TWICE EQUALS A WIN THE THIRD TIME.

    Giants win 20-13

although i won't be satisified with a loss in a possible nfc championship, beating dallas in their first playoff game at their own stadium after getting swept by them in the regular season would make the season for me.

    giants - 34
    cowboys - 24

I still can't believe they held the vaunted Dallas offense to zero 2nd half TD's.....no Madison, no Ross, no Dockery....I thought I was gonna have to suit up and play CB

Unfortunatley, I think we probably can say goodbye to Steve Spagnuolo after the season though now

Hopefully not. I think Baltimore wanted to interview him. And he told Coughlin to tell them no. Nor sure if it was Baltimore. I could be wrong. But he was focused on the game.
