This is a disgusting filthy habit.We have litter bins in the UK with ashtray type thing on top.It astonishes me when I see people take the time to stub the cigarette out on the top of the ashtray bit but then throw the dout on the ground.Or there is a huge collection of dout's piled up on the bin but any wind and their blown off and lie around the street.
Could the disgustingly filthy habit of smoking get any worse.I detest it.

Well, according to this guy...those people weren't intentionally dropping them.

I like the smoking ban I like smoking... but only when I want to... I don't like breathing in other peoples smoke all the time either. Ok, I get why you don't like cigarette littering... but why ESPECIALLY? they're part of the problem... but it's a fucking HUGE problem... and there are plenty of contributors... and not all of them smokers. Do you react in the same way when you see a cloud of smoke come from some kinda industrial place? Do you drive? Ever fly? I get really pissed off when I take my little boy to our park only to find there's broken beer bottles smashed around the place. I just don't get it. Like Chris Cornell once said 'being drunk is no reason for being stupid'. Surely whoever does it must realise it's irresponsible.
My little boy can walk but he's still wobbly and trips a lot. It would be pretty easy for him to fall and cut himself on it.
