    it is what it is i guess, this red sox-angel game is pretty good but we're approaching the four-hour mark, jeez.

    I do have to say even he was really classy about 2004, I went to a meetup in Manhattan with the NY PJ crew and he congratulated me for about 60 seconds - then he broke out the how many rings do you have, but he did say some nice things about the Sox before returning to normal.

    but its oh so nice when the yankees have the highest payroll year in and year out, and continually cant get it done in october. i knwo the red sox have the second highest payroll, but they are still well behind the yankees in that department.

    i wish george was still as feisty as he once was because he would so fired up about this.

    I still like how Da Kid made it into Entertainment Weekly as one of the 12 members of the Jamily whose photo was chosen out of the hundreds they took at the Wachovia 05 show when they did that feature on Pearl Jam that came out when Avocado was released.

    I don't know, I mean you go in with the best of intentions and it looks good on paper but then that Fausto whatever his name was, he was really good, and he shut us down. And the bugs were a factor :)

    I knew about half the people whose picture made the article. EW was going for the whole Pearl Jam is the new Grateful Dead so anyone wearing beads or tie dye made the magazine. So Da Kid made it wearing his Jeter jersey and his Irish flag beads he wears to every show.

    Actually one of my good friends from the board the interviewed for the article, but I don't want to say her name because she doesn't want the publicity. When the article came out and people figure who it was she got a ton of pms on here.
