ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, and New Yorkers dont have a way distinct way of speaking, eh? Gotcha. My wifes family from NYC must just speak the way they do because its in their genes. got it.

    anyway, back to thread topic.....

put a fork in this season yankee fan.

ok meatball. I wish I had the weak tolerance of a new yorker...a ball game would cost me less if I could get drunk off 2 beers. maybe its the pasta in the belly.

yo, vinnie, I have been to Yankee stadium, and believe me, you have more than your fair share of "drunk ass fans" as well.

no more lip out of you Tony.

doubt it! boston saw 16 of them in basketball
and will see more in baseball for sure!

whats with the hatred towards ppl in boston?

It has to stem from something and its hard to believe its not the sports thing.

its very ignorant to believe that all ppl are the same here!

When was the last time you heard Red Sox suck chants in places such as..
Knicks games, Giants or Jets games, Rangers games, concerts in NY, Movie theaters in NY, etc, etc, etc,....you can't go to ANY event in Boston without hearing Yankee suck chants. I lived there for 4 years. After awhile its pretty bitchy and annoying

8 games baby. Yankees shellacked 16-0 last night. Talk about sucking mightily down the stretch. Can't wait until we put you out of your misery. Cashman and Torre's ass will be on the street after this year.

Meatball? Why don't you just call the guy 'goomba' and get it over with? Geesh!

I hope yous two know each other and were kidding!

For whoever's going to the game, they are having bins where you can leave donations of school supplies. They will go to kids in school in the Bronx.

    Go Yankees!

( I have to admit I'm afraid to watch!)

I heard it last year at the Pats Jets game. It is annoying, really. I agree. But at least this year it is a factual chant. No playoffs for you, sorry.

i have never chanted that and I have lived here all my life

i love the sox and dont like the yanks but I do believe that chanting that is rediculous!

i have been to MANY concerts etc.... with tons of friends and family
none of which ever chanted that
therefore, not EVERYONE Here is the same
and that chant does not make a point on how everyone here is the same

btw thats bringing the hatred back to the sports thing which i thought that the hatred did not stem from?

I wouldnt know NYPJ1 if I puked my case on him. Seriously, I have no ill will towards anyone in here...well, maybe a few, but not this "cat". Just busting chops and getting mine busted back. I love Boston and I love New York. I have family and friends in both cities. I am a die hard NY Giants fan (this is Eli's year by the way) as well as a die hard Red Sox fan so I love both cities. NY is the capital of the world...that I give you. I have heard the boston sucks chants at Giants stadium before by the way.

That said, Pauly can go back to the deli and eat his pepperoni calzone, drink his spritzer, and i will go back to having my irish 7 course dinner....a six pack and a baked potato.

    peace.

    fuck the yankees.

  • All of these bitter posts from boston fans again proves how red sox fans are more obsessed with the Yankees than their own team. Defend it all you want,...it obvious and true.

And I didn't know the season ends september 1st. Last I checked there was still 5 weeks and 31 + games to go. I wouldn't parade yet...

i agree with this guy. and if you look back at my posts in this thread i'm pretty sure you won't find a hell of a lot of "yanks suck!" posts from me.

best of luck this series. thankfully for you, no moose vs. sox this time. ugh he is next to done.
