Because they are more prone to reject condoms.
No more than straight men.

Wrong. Also, homosexual men average more sexual partners than heterosexual men. Being that homosexual men are statistically lower in number than heterosexual men, this ratio is measured accordingly.

Well it's just 'touching sex,' not sexual intercourse. Regardless of what she thinks about random sex, I'm glad we're dating. I'd rather wait on sex than screw up the relationship.
She chooses not have have legitimate sex because she thinks what we do now isn't real sex. The church obviously thinks differently. She views sex as being only intercourse.

I've known many single mothers who do not work and collect almost $3000/month while living in subsidized housing that costs $180/month for a 3-bedroom townhouse. I make about $2000/month and pay $1000/month in bills. That's a difference of almost $2500/month that those single mothers have to raise children with. It can't cost that much. In addition, they don't work, at all!
If you know people with this money as single mothers, in Ontario, they are doing something illegal or they have 20 children. I know all aspects of the social system in Ontario, and this is patently false. People constantly pass on myths re: the system, such as the ludicrous and common one: "oh, single mothers in Ontario have houses given to them, and their educations paid for". False. 3000 dollars per month is truly a new one to me.
As a single mother I lived on "Family Allowance" for years. I also lived on disability support, which supports one at a much higher level, relatively speaking. All the while living in two and three bedroom "subsidized" geared-to-income townhouses**. At most I received 1/3 of the amount you quote, while raising 2 kids.
**Note, subsidized housing is based on one's income, so there is no way in the world it's possible that someone makes $3,000 a month and pays $180 rent, considering the idea is that the rent is supposed to be something like 1/4 of one's income. Single mother mythology.
EDIT: I apologize, Ahnimus, for my snarky tone, here. If you are not referring to mothers on social assistance, I misunderstood the subject matter when I did not read back far enough. I read about you saying these women do not work and it seems I erroneously assumed you referred to mothers on social assistance.

I know a lot of single moms. There is a HUGE difference betwen Single Moms and Welfare Moms. I do not know one Welfare Mom.
The Single Moms I know (well, have known...) have jobs and love their kids. The kids have ranged in age from little kids (not infants because I have this irrational fear of infants) to teenagers to kids into their 20s. Many.. er, most or them deal with deadbeat dads who have no part of their kid's lives.
They are just trying to raise their kids as best they can and really don't need to be cast is the same net as the mother of 20 collecting welfare for 40. Their life is hard enough.

Okay...I didn't read back far enough. And maybe still have not....
If he's saying they don't work, and are receiving nearly 3000 per month in child support and or alimony, I find that very questionable. I don't know one case where someone receives that type of money.
The subsidized housing thing stands. It's literally impossible that they legitimately have nearly 3,000 dollars per month in income and pay $180 rent. In subsidized housing I paid more than that making 1/3 less than that. Literally.
If you've got preconceived notions about "welfare" moms, considering you admittedly don't know any, as opposed to "legitimate" single moms, point noted. It's my mistake if I spoke not knowing the subject matter, but I thought since he said they didn't work that he referred to mothers on social assistance and therefore I was not at all attempting to paint any mother in a bad light, but rather I am not comfortable with the myths re: the easy street mothers of all kinds, who "do not work", are on.

According to medical knowledge of which you can look up on your own because I'm simply not interested in it enough to find it for you. I work in health care. It is common knowledge around here. Esp. among young gay men. Ask your favorite doctor for some information. Talk to a rainbow coalition in your area. The info is there. It really isn't a subject for debate. Safe sex awareness education is extremely high in the gay community because of it these days.

I wouldn't say they are all 'myths" when you have single mothers in a distinct cultural bracket who have multiple children with multiple fathers and don't work but collect welfare and every other assistance they can get their hands on and sneak around the system in order to dress their children in name brand, highly expensive garb and jewelry with all the latest gadgets in their subsidised homes. While living in section 8 housing "easy street", many on these programs abuse the "support" they get from "the man". All the while, the various "baby daddies" are not paying a dime to support the children they helped to bring into the world. Instead the responsibility is falling on the backs of actual hard working people who are forced to pay taxes for their benefit. And then the sincerely desperate woman who finds herself suddenly in need of government help has a difficult time getting it because she isn't "street wise" and doesn't fit the demographic.
But, this is a topic for another forum I suppose.

Partaking of criminal behaviour--aka "sneaking around the system in order to dress their children in name brand, highly expensive garb and jewelry with all the latest gadgets"-- is different from whether someone works or not. The criminal element is a sliver of the reality. If one has 5 children, irrespective of whether they are from 5 different "daddies" or not, they work very, very hard, dysfunctional or not. And whether this fact is glossed over or not.

I like to call my awareness "education and understanding".
When your specific "demographic" has moved from a demographic to being "normal" in your mind as the debate progresses, it raises my distortion detector. Demographics, by the way, are wonderful tools to aid in helping us understand and further the purposes of humanity. On the other hand, when so-called "demographics" are used to dehumanize human beings, rather than understand them, that's the actual definition of stereotyping. Not to mention when you relate this supposed "demographic" in with a "distinct cultural bracket"....well, it's a generalization and a stereotype and is flagrantly lacking in discernment of information and understanding.

Maybe ss is confusing childbirth making a woman's sex drive plummet and having sex with ss making a woman's sex drive plummet.
actually, the point and bottom line is that sex with any one person repeatedly will make your sex drive plummet. for men or women. no vagine and no penis are good enough to forsake all others for life. you will lose interest. it's a fact.

You are not making any valid point. Certain demographics living a distinct culture abusing the system is a fact. You can choose to excuse it or you can choose to erraticate it.
I prefer the notion that these people be made to uphold the responsibilities in life that the rest of us do. I prefer that they learn job skills so they don't have to rely on others to support them. I prefer that they be taught proper sex education and contriception so as not to continue bearing children they cannot afford or care for properly. I prefer that their children are made to get an education so that they can stop the cycle. I prefer that they and their children be punished for any crimes committed so that they learn rules of society. I prefer that the streets and communities stop crying racism every time it's people are called upon their actions.
I do not sit back and take the negative accusations flung by the NAACP or so called community leaders in an idle fashion. You see I work with these people day in and day out. I put my money and time where my mouth is. I don't just sit around claiming to know something about an issue that I have never once set foot inside of.
Maybe if you tried stepping away from the computer and stopped googling for your information and actually worked in a homeless shelter, a food kitchen, a welfare office or community clinic....you would get to know the facts first hand. There are many people who need valid assistance due to circumstances be it health or otherwise. But there are just as many people who do not need assistance but take it because of a sense of entitlement and laziness. Until you get in the thick of it, don't sit there and cry racism, stereotype or stigma. It doesn't help these people or their unfortunate children one bit.

It's very simple for a single mother to have a high income as I mentioned.
They just need lots of kids with different fathers. 3 kids should be enough.
They would get:
The maximum child support possible from each father
Welfare
Child tax bennefits
Subsidized housing
I've known fathers paying child support up to $500/month for each kid.
3 kids = $1500
Welfare is only available to minorities and single mothers. A welfare recipient can collect $1000/month easily.
That's $2500/month without the standard government checks.
I've known at least 3 mothers who legitimately collect this amount. One of them also collected disability for a learning disability (being stupid).
I personally knew a guy that lived in a closet. It's all he could afford paying support for 2 kids. The system sucks all the blood out of the fathers.
