And two, look into the 100-1 ratio in regards to length of time blacks have to spend in prison for crimes vs. whites. Crack cocaine 5 grams = 5 year sentence, predominantly sold/possessed by blacks. Powder Cocaine 500 grams = 5 year sentence. How does one explain this?
