    In 1999, fearing complete destruction of the city of Seattle, Seattle's mayor, city council, and Paul Allen (owner of the Seattle Seahawks) brought in Mike Holmgren as head coach and GM of the franchise in a secret attempt to contain and tame Stone Gossard's righteous guitar skills. Holmgren attempted to work with Gossard in the off-season but couldn't break him of his awesome guitar powers. In fact it was Gossard who broke Holmgren.

    That's why Holmgren is no longer with the franchise.

    Like me, he made a full recovery. It's a small injury, so it's not surprising really.
