I think I'm going to try to do my own poster for one of these shows. Not on Artpad, but an actual screenprint. I'm taking a week off to focus on printing, so maybe I'll make this my project!

I posted this under framing one too just to be sure I get the help I need, well with the framing at least :-P. But I followed the assembly directions to a T. Slid in the matt then laid the poaster down then the archival mounting board and I got the gaps :( what should i do!?!?! Bostonlou/Bath??

You might have to take it to a shop or something. It's strange that it turned out that way. If you just need a new matte cut, it shouldn't cost too much.

this was the free mat they offered. The other you mentioned would be at least 10 dollars more.
i wasnt kidding when i said i was colorblind
my GF would have final say on any color combinations , hee hee
thanks for your advise .
D'oh. Sorry! (about the colorblind thing)
As far as the $10 extra, the acid-free mat is worth it if you want your poster to retain any value later on. If it's not acid-free, it can discolor your poster wherever it comes in contact. Just something to think about.

That's what I figured taking it into a shop. new mat or maybe add a 2nd mat?

Yeah, maybe a second matte, a red or black one perhaps, would look nice around the outside. The photos were kind of tough to see because of the phone camera, but from what I could tell, that might look good.

As Methane did for Leg 1, is there going to be a poster for Leg 2?
If they do, let's hope they learned a little bit from the first time around. The whole purchasing process didn't go so well. Well, at least not for some of us anyway.

I heard the 10 club wasn't happy how Methane bumped their prices up to $200 when they realized the hot market for the poster
pretty generic, huh?
I guess with seeing 60 + shows, i should be grateful there isnt a huge Bruce Poster market.
Theres always a 5 dollar beauty to grab .
as a sidenote, does anyone know how i would go about adding this to my expressobeans page ?

its a camera phone picture, my real camera is busted.
Problem is I have a gap inbetween the poster and mat, it looks weird, even if I have it perfectly centered there is a gap on each side:

WHAT SHOULD I DO? Take it to a pro and have them cut up a new mat and slam it in there?

I think the Methane poster was for the entire tour.
for her to come home
eyes upon the horizon
in the dark before the
darkness leaves the dawn
I don't think it was. It has My Morning Jacket on it, I believe. And the 2nd leg will be different openers.

Have you looked around ExpressoBeans anymore? I know you messaged me about it, but there are a bunch of other people on there who have it, too.

I heard the 10 club wasn't happy how Methane bumped their prices up to $200 when they realized the hot market for the poster
Don't do it!
It's not worth it, I don't think. Unless you plan on covering your basement walls with them, I guess.

I heard because of that negative experience, 10C is going to ask Dervish7 and BostonLou to team up for the leg 2 poster.

Yeah, I sent a few of them messages, no replies. I don't know what the deal is, I know I've seen people sell them straight up for $100 before.
are these s/n ?
what area are they found under?
" other stuff " ?
or under " specials " ?
