are you talking about the south? hell, yeah, you are....so that's not hijacking the thread. i just took a look at the pj tweeter center thread that has like 8000 posts, and it looks like a bunch of locals just get together and discuss recipes and shit on that thread just to make the post count high and to have it stay near the top.....i think we could do the same....and nice pj reference with the "small town" thing....gotta keep it related, ya know....

Yeah I've seen them in TX many times...thats why I was stunned that they aren't coming here this time around, because all the shows i've seen have had great energy, sold out etc.

the bad thing about the way it's going to work out is that many of us held off buying tickets etc to the currently scheduled shows in favor of spending the money on local shows....so we're not competing for 10c tix as much up north....by 07, all the people who bought fc's to the 06 north tour shows will have saved up and be ready to go for competing against us for 10c tix in the south....

yeah that is a good point......

by the time they come around here it will be a year since the album was released about about 8 months since they toured north america

all the people from the east coast who had 8 shows given to them will have the itch to see them again and travel to the rest of the midwest and south

Atlanta. They love Atlanta. They produced several albums in Atlanta.

Plus they might want to go see the new Aquarium.

Just doing my part to get PJ down here - NC, VA, SC, GA, etc.

I was sure it was just a matter of time before some southern dates were announced ...and now, I'm scared! My first show was in Charlotte in '96 and I've been lucky to see them 8 times since. I would love to celebrate my 10th anniversary show somewhere in the south!! Denver will be great, but I didn't buy 10C tix- I hoped to do that for a show(s) within driving distance!!

    Please come back!!

i have to admit that this is also the perplexing part of this whole situation for me....they issued a lovely apology to the grand rapids people....a grand total of a few dozen whose tickets were misdistributed....how about a little nugget of info for the THOUSANDS of ten club members in markets ignored by the tour? either tell us to be patient, or to fuck off......
