    I loved Lisbon II (I was there). Lisbon 2000 is very good as well. At least to me.

    Add West Palm and Fort Lauderdale! While in Florida why not? The Bank Atlantic Center (Sunrise/Ft. Laud) hasn't seen PJ yet. It's a great venue - home of the Panthers and very close to my house :) Moved here from Boston last year and missing PJ big time :(

    I encountered an interesting article in this morning's Birmingham News.....it seems that a local Jr. College is responible for growing thousands upon thousands of loblolly pine trees for the state. Just another tree/the South connection. See, the rumors aren't true.........the South does not hate the environment.

    We plant trees in the South.

    Hope you like it... lots of crowd singing. It was a touching show - the band was really having a great time - it was infectious.

    I like the combo I got id and Garden and especially like the bridge from Daughter to It's all right.

    There is alot of talking in Portuguese (EV was quite chatty) He makes reference to how glad they are being back in Portugal and how the Portuguese have been faithful fans for many years and they appreciate that it gives them an excuse to come back to Portugal..Also that they got to surf earlier and how they think the (responsive) audience is like riding a big wave so EV gets to surf twice in one day (he also sings that in their improv later on)... and they were happy to have a day off the next day to surf there.

    He also talked a little about Boom's Portuguese heritage and the cavalquinha (ukelele) he was given and where he was going to put it in his house in Seattle...how the Portuguese people were really cool - that is just a little of what he said... it was pretty cool.
