That "Ramrod" version is out of this world. Bruce and the band having so much fun. Absolutely love it. "Light of Day" is great. Just a great rocker. Has that '60s feel to it. Hoping for both at Hartford!

i don't know what it is, maybe my own mortality but for some reason i think of bruce in present tense appreciation, and then i find myself thinking about bruce in a career sense and finally a musical/historical legacy, really 3 parallel considerations that only the boss can evoke.

Just received my copy of "Light in Darkness" today. Wow.... what an amazing book for the hardcore Springsteen fan.

Full info here... much better than I could give you -- I'll only say that its all about what is probably one of the greatest rock tours ever. 8-)

Thanks driving up from Mass and will be driving home after the show.
I have done this three times now and get home at about 4 am.
I am over 40 now and could care less about being way up front.
As long as I am on the field (I am six foot) I am a happy camper.

    On to the tickets,
I left my IE browser open on the ticketmaster site.
It would say no tickets are available.
It automatically refreshes when tickets are released.
Keep checking every 1/2 hour on the drops.
You will suddenly check and it will say tickets are availble.
Good luck. Will be a great show.

Lost in all the excitement of Eddie's guest spot at Wrigley was Bruce breaking out Trapped again... anyone find a good video on youtube?

I was lucky enough to hear this one at Izod2 and even though there are better videos on youtube, this one seems to really capture the power of the song and the roar of the crowd during the chorus:

I tried that recently.....lasted about 6 days and I had to pop in The River album. After that it was all downhill (or uphill rather) from there.

i'm not crazy about GA to begin with but
i definitely wont do an all floor GA in a stadium.
Theyre already talking about the GA Procedure at Met Life.
I dont want anything to do with that .
Only giving out 1000 bracelets for an all floor GA is just crazy.

I am waiting for the ticket drones ticket drops.
Fridays are alread popping up sporadically
but I'm really waiting on Saturdays drops.
    i hope they come.

I saw that GA tix for tomorrow's show were already down to around $70 on stubhub, so keep them in mind. In my experience (except for Buffalo 2009) there's always a good drop within 24 hours of showtime, so stay glued to TM and your ear near the phone for a drone's call (you're the one who bought the drone's for this show, right?).

I scored via the drop for Philly2 (Darkness show) and MSG2 (River show -- wow!) on the last tour, and arenas are always harder than stadiums so I think you'll be alright.

    Good luck, bro!

    And... REVIEWS!!!

btw... I start my tour at the mill on night shift tomorrow night, so I'll post any info on a drop for Friday or Saturday here if I see it on BTX or TM. I usually check TM just to tempt myself into banging off from work! I usually wake up around 1pm.
