It's the definition of Neoconservatism...it reads as follows:
Ne . o . con . ser . va . tism (n.)
An intellectual and political movement in favor of political, economic, and social conservatism that arose in opposition to the perceived liberalism of the 1960's: "The neo-conservatism of the 1980's is a replay of the New Conservatism of the 1950's, which was itself a replay of the New Era philosophy of the 1920's"6/26-27/98, 6/13/99, 8/15/00, 10/12/00, 10/17-18/00, 12/09/02, 4/03/03, 6/09-10/03, 10/22/03, 9/28/04, 10/05/04, 8/29/05, 9/11-12-13/05, 5/27-28/06, 7/2-3/06, 7/22-23/06, VIC, 8/5/07, 6/24-25/08...0 -

Had them framed at a place called Crafts 2000. It's owned by the national chain Pat Cattan's. I was able to get the philly and the brisbane framed with scrap mat's so that saved a ton of $$ right there.0 -

I got 'em done through framesbymail.com. The LA2 cost about $35, SF1 about $55. Then added about $10 for shipping. Total was around $100. I found it a little cheaper than americanframe.com, and for most of the frames, they have more colors.10/27/00, 10/28/00, 10/20/01, 12/8/02, 6/1/03, 6/2/03, 6/5/03, 6/6/03, 10/25/03, 10/28/03, 7/7/06, 7/9/06, 7/10/06, 7/15/06, 7/16/06, 7/18/06, 10/21/06, 4/5/08, 4/7/08, 6/11/08, 6/12/08, 6/16/080
