WTF is this about needing an MLB acct to use your ticketmaster tickets at FENWAY?

    I'm just still in amazement both my tickets showed up on time and in mlb ballpark app. I had TM at about a 3% chance of success on making this work. God speed to everyone stuck. 

    My travel anxiety is down 99% now. Cheers 🍻

    So I got both N1 and N2 of Fenway in my Ballpark app. They both might have been there for a bit, but didn't realize the home screen showed just the next event (and not all events). Had to click on the Tickets icon at bottom. Seems to be working seamlessly if you used the same email as TM, but what a ridiculous process.

    No barcodes but I’m feeling like they will come tomorrow.

    In the same boat. See the tickets in the ballpark app but no barcodes yet.

    My tickets went right from the TM website into my digital wallet. Is that weird? Is there a chance they won't work when I get to the gate?

    I have 2 sets of N2 tickets, because I bought one set presale, then bought better seats on TM. Tried to sell the first set on F2F, but they didn’t sell. Now I’m stuck with extra tickets? So lame. I already hated myself for spending this much on tickets, but now I can’t recoup anything? 

    I get why they did this to screw scalpers, but this just kinda screws the little guys like me that just bought a couple pair thinking they would sell on F2F.

    I mean at this point, I don’t even think you can give your extra tickets away? 

    Hope it’s a good show it gonna be my last. :/

    I think someone earlier said this worked for Wrigley, but I don't remember hearing this much of a ruckus about those tickets having to be in the Ballpark app. I did the same, and the tickets in my wallet still show the barcode. So, who knows? Until I hear otherwise, I'm going to try them, and I can switch to the Ballpark app if need be (and I'll know for Tuesday).

    If anyone has an extra GA... for Fenway #1....I am looking... VERY MUCH LOOKING... and even have a great seat I could trade for it!!!.(Secrion B6 - Row 1, Seat 1).please LMK... I can help you walk through the MLB app process too! 😁

    My N2 showed up in the ballpark app. No sell or transfer option. Sucks my extra seats will just be empty.

    Not yet 

    Still a small chance at transfers being available day of show but it seems they are more strict with this show compared to past Fenway shows so far with the messaging.

    I saved mine to my wallet from TM before the switch over. I couldn't fin an option for it in Ballpark, but that doesn't mean there isn't one.

    does anyone know what time the box office opens at Fenway tomorrow?     my tix havent transferred and the cust rep say to go to the box office and they'll take care of it

    Ofc - it was found by stumbling - the app interface is awful!

    Tried that but no answer except leaving voicemail.   Their email support though responded.    For anyone else's need



    The phones will be on at 10am. The main ticket office lobby will be open at noon. Gate D will be open at 8:30am for Fenway Park tours.

    You may need to work with Box Office when u get to Fenway. Or they’re very late uploading everyone’s barcodes for today.

    I’m hearing once the barcodes are up you have the “forward ticket” option? Can anyone confirm? At least maybe I can give my extra tickets away now.
