Anyone think that Trump could have rigged/tampered the election results,
especially in "the swing states" like PA and MI? Thought crossed my mind and I was talking to my mom and she actually thinks
the same thing . She thinks the truth will come out before January that
him, Musk and the Russians/Putin tampered with the election. I wouldn't
put it past him but I'm not sure. I hope this happens but we shall see.
Well look at this. Suddenly the election is rigged if your person doesn't win. These MAGA idiots are unreal, they are brainwashed and can't accep.....oh wait. Never mind
hahaha. one person, ONE, brings up the possibility, with a bunch of people answering "no", and it's the same as being bombarded for 4 fucking years by those maga morons and the former prez and people trying to overthrow democracy.
you're trying a little TOO hard to paint liberals as the problem here. it's pathetic.

The math is simple...
If #45 wins then the electoral process works as intended. If he loses then the electoral process is corrupt and the Democrats cheated.
It does fucking suck. Seriously people, just spend 20 seconds to fact check it. You literally have all of the knowledge of the entire human experience at your fingertips and you’re relying on Catturd for your information.
Post-truth like the insistence that the race was lost due to racism and sexism when damn near every metric points to the opposite
Due solely to it, no, a factor in it, yes. No need to dismiss that those issues still exist and were a factor against her. I mean, c'mon. People openly stated those things and Trump used that at several rallies and during interviews to push people away from her.

Unfortunately I think the right just did a better job of motivating GenZ males....maybe the dems focused too much on the females
They did/do a fantastic job of keeping their voters misinformed about what is actually happening. We see it all the time in these very threads. This is pretty sad stuff. I don't know how these people are able to be reached. They just avoid reality at all costs.
& some will die on the hill that democrats' messaging about one of these issues is why they lost.
We're so fucked.
Well they have never been good at messaging. I think they should have done a much better job starting from 3 years ago in explaining why inflation was happening and beating the drum that it was affecting the entire world. If they did a better job at informing people about that from the get go, at least some portion of these voters would've have rightly given them credit for mitigating it better than any other country. The media deserves TONS of blame for not doing this as well. Ultimately a lot of this comes down to education. It's no surprise that Trump loves the poorly educated. They are everyone in this country, sadly.
I'm wondering what all these dopes are gonna say in a few years when they realize the cost of their bacon is even higher than it was today. lol
I agree, democrats have a major problem with messaging, I just think it's absurd to point at it as the singular problem why they lost (Not that you were saying that).
One thing they missed big was the trans issue. Clearly it's a big one for a lot of Americans, and shouldn't have been glossed over. IDK how they could have tackled it, but ignoring it was a mistake.
Democrats fucked up bigtime, no doubt, but there was no shortage of other issues that cost them this election.
It's just been a loaded question from the right though hasn't it? A non-issue that is made an issue.
In Indiana...gov-elect Braun got called out in a debate for running ads saying McCormick (dem nominee) wanted to allow "males to compete in women's sports"...She never supported that. No one does. She called him out for the lie and up until Tuesday night the ads were still running.
Or the ad showing Harris saying prisoners should get sex change operations...a bill produced during the trump admin
Just bullshit.
But it is happening. Maybe not in every school, but there are biological males that play agains females. So how is it a non issue? Maybe blown up to be a bigger problem than it is, but it's not a non-issue. Pretending it's a non-issue was part of the problem.

Her story was everywhere when it happened. Google her name. https://www.iwf.org/female-athlete-stories/payton-mcnabb/ On September 1, 2022, during a volleyball game against a rival North Carolina high school, 17-year-old Payton McNabb received a devastating head and neck injury as the result of a spike by a male athlete who identified as transgender. Have you really never heard of any of these stories? Lia Thomas? College team forfeiting because they didn't want to play against biological males in a tournament? like I said, it may not be an every school thing, but it definitely happens.
And we only hear about the stories that have a big consequence, like major injury or shattering records. I'm sure it happens every day that we don't hear about it.

Big politics is a business. It is not about policy. Policy in an election year is just a speech on a given day to a given audience. It is about how many votes can be won. Trump's marketing was better. That and the hate speech towards those that questioned current Democratic leadership tuned the tide. There will always be red and blue, it's the middle that matters and the Dems shit the bed on this one.
Theo Von just told Joe Rogan that Kamala is/was a rollerskater. If she would have been on Joe Rogan maybe the whole of USA would have learnt that. And not just seen ”a politician” and whatever rightwing media shaped her into.

Which party was using hate speech again? Yep, the dems lost, but it wasn't because they're the party of hate. Good lord that's conveniently ignorant.

If a person leaves the Paris Accords a non-idiot wouldn’t vote for that person though.
No matter the ”marketing”

You just might have to read the entire thread to understand that reference. Nazis. Supporting genocide. Basically calling out anyone who questioned the leadership of the current admin and the incumbent. Hardly ignorant, in fact very well schooled.
I might even say the Dems made it a rebellious and empowered move to go the other way with their soft, entitled approach. The hate references are just one of many factors as to why they lost. Look at Bill Clinton and Obama, they ran great campaigns. They were present and spoke loudly. And they won. Cannot say that about this one. Again, not about the issues, it's about the presence of a global leader. And this campaign was awful. She did not present well. And I have been consistent in my objective commentary.

A lot of people are saying...
LOL yeah there's very few trans athletes so whatever
It’s been reported on several articles/studies that there approximately 40 openly trans athletes competing in high school sports in the entire country.
If a person leaves the Paris Accords a non-idiot wouldn’t vote for that person though.
No matter the ”marketing”
Yep. Climate change is likely to suffer. But it's not that simple. Most Americans do not even know what that is. Sadly. All I am saying, and have been saying, is that he ran a better campaign and that is why he won. And it is not fair to call someone a idiot because they bought in. The Dems came up weak. Their message never reached that idiot and that was the problem. That is all. Not about policy. Just my commentary on the process. Which sucks.
Russia definitely tampered but I think it was more misinformation rather than rigging results.

Jesus christ. And a woman couldn't deliver a serve resulting in a similar head injury? Give me a fucking break.
I wish I was a sacrifice, but somehow still lived on.

I think excusing people voting for him after 8 years of showing who he is and what he is - it would be impossible and dishonest to not acknowledge them as idiots.

I guess these injuries that are a result of a transgender athlete never happen when there are no transgender athletes. None of these injuries can occur unless there's a transgender athlete present. This is coincidence and absolute bullshit. Eric Hovde used the same ploy on Tammy Baldwin in the WI senate race.

That made me laugh. Thank you. As much as I hate to say it, there are many people in the US that are not informed. They do not understand what it means to be charged as a criminal or a sex offender. They listen to the slogans and the rah rahs and vote that way without being informed. There is no debate about Trump's character. He is not a good person and is 100% self interested. So how does he win? Because the other side did not step up and show their position. They were apathetic and that is why they lost.

I'll listen to the lack of competitive balance from transgender athletes in women's sports, but what pisses me off is the Republican strategy to take it up a level and put the fear into voters that their kids are more susceptible to injury. That tactic drives me up the wall.

While I do not think it is the main reason I am concerned about this issue...the data would say women are more susceptible to injuries playing against men.
"Yes, women in co-ed leagues are more likely to experience injuries than women in women-only leagues:
Injury rate
In one study, the injury rate in co-ed matches was 7.5 times higher than in training, while in women-only leagues, the rate was nearly four times higher in matches than in training."

you're trying a little TOO hard to paint liberals as the problem here. it's pathetic.

If #45 wins then the electoral process works as intended.
If he loses then the electoral process is corrupt and the Democrats cheated.

I heard of that story a while ago when it happened, didn't know they got banned for it until just now. Not only did they forfeit the tournament, the whole school was kicked out of the sports organization for refusing to play against a biological male. So I guess you pick between breaking your neck or getting kicked out?
And we only hear about the stories that have a big consequence, like major injury or shattering records. I'm sure it happens every day that we don't hear about it.

Jesus christ. And a woman couldn't deliver a serve resulting in a similar head injury? Give me a fucking break.
I think excusing people voting for him after 8 years of showing who he is and what he is - it would be impossible and dishonest to not acknowledge them as idiots.
At the same time. This made me laugh today:
Maybe we shouldn't, just 1 league, if you are good enough you play, if not, no play for you.....c'mon.
I'll listen to the lack of competitive balance from transgender athletes in women's sports, but what pisses me off is the Republican strategy to take it up a level and put the fear into voters that their kids are more susceptible to injury. That tactic drives me up the wall.
