Yes, I agree with pretty much all of this. We're in the top tax bracket, and the amount of taxes we pay is breathtaking (maybe people who can live off of their lines of credit or capital gains don't pay much in taxes, but I can assure you, if your income is from a salary rather than investments, you're paying!). I am not excited to pay more taxes, but I'd much, MUCH rather pay more in taxes in exchange for knowing that I'll get to vote again in the next election cycle. I also feel pretty damn good about paying taxes every time we send more aid to Ukraine.

For me, I don't like that she was over with Bernie in the "give everything to everyone" crowd. I'm a traditional conservative who only votes left because I have an actual heart and can't just go along with the Christian and Gun crazies in order to benefit my wallet.
