i wonder if the not being able to click on the image is just a heavy traffic / internet provider issue ? I know my internet is slow as molasses and just had to change providers
I couldn’t click on the top two in the featured items even before it went on sale
I struggled too clicking the image on the home page and nothing happened. Finally got it in the cart but then it was gone 😭

Had phone vertical and couldn't click on top 2.  Realized after holding sideways it worked.  Too late.
If you have extras, let me know Brad.

    Thanks and great poster

It's pretty sensitive on mobile - you can check it out even now with that Queens SD poster. Tapping the image doesn't work - you have to tap the text just right

Anyway, psyched to score yet another BK and the process was incredibly smooth

that was 1 minute....... how did the shopify store work out / hold up for folks?

Thanks Brad was able to get one from the feature page with shop pay. I was worried since I loved your cart system on Artillery Design and always figured that gave us guys with slow internet a chance and wish other sites could use that system. Just an incredible poster which hits all I hope for in a poster like relevance to the venue, the band and imaginative imagery. Total Grand Slam  Thank you!!!

Worked well processing the order but I had to refresh the page a few times cause I couldn't click the image. It wouldn't let me click to go to the next page.

Should be easy enough to cross-ref source address and cancel their orders. I think some of the other artists were doing that.
  • Brad if you see this please cancel this order. You can see the order number in the listing.

yeah I liked that cart system too... and I too don't understand why it's not the common practice for all online stores... from the store owner's point of view it allows your customer more time to browse and potentially purchase something else if the customer isn't in a mad dash to buy one thing before it sells out. Having a window of time to shop and hold onto the thing you already carted seems like common sense to me... why allow as many customers as possible to cart more then the existing inventory then make it a race to see who actually gets one and have it stripped out of carts that are in the process of checking out? We don't except that in real stores... you can't be inline behind someone who is slow  in their checkout process then grab their item out of their hand and then pay for it with a faster method... and the shop owner can only say "sorry they were faster then you, so they get your item"

I was lucky enough to snag one but I applaud BK big time if he cancels the orders on these GD flippers. I hate those assholes.

My flight leaves tomorrow at 11, I'll throw in the towel then.

Kidding - I'll leave it to another lucky member.

Loved your triptych from '22, by the way. Very creative. Wish we would see more dips/trips from any of the artists.

Pretty brazen to include a screen shot with the order number

I missed it too. Was just too stupid to convert PST to CEST. My gosh.
I think it's good that you, Brad, don't send the posters to the scammers. Great gesture and a heart for us fans of Pearl Jam and - of course - your art.
