I think Go and Indifference take first but so far this combo is right up there with Once and Release.

Wouldn’t have believed they could write a song with the emotional connection that Black did… Setting Sun does it. It’s beautifully mature. Can’t wait to hear it live.

It took a while for me to get into this one. I had trouble looking past the first part of the song. Not really digging that tribal drum rhythm. Now it has grown on me considerably, and the final stretch is awesome. As I count Immortality as a closer, this one is only behind Immortality, Release and Indifference as their best!

If this is the last song they play on the tour in Sydney I will be a mess. It is such a beautiful song & it does sound like a goodbye type of song. I got quite emotional listening to it last night, it hits me right in the soft spot

Didn’t think they could still create a song I would like this much. Glad to be proven wrong.

This song has one if those super special PJ  moments.

“If you could see, just what I see now…”

it’s not quite as good as the peaks of GTF (he still gives his love) or Corduroy (everything has chains) but it’s up there as one of those moments and gives me chills every time.

I wonder if it relates to Cornell...you'd find a way to stay somehow... Curious

I think Setting Sun should become one of the staple closers.

I feel this as well. There’s just something there.

This song hooked me on first listen and has grown to be an epic gem of a song, and a wonderful album closer.

Scared of Fear / Setting Sun is a strong top 3 album starter / closer.

Breaks my heart. Captures my last relationship perfectly:

    - I dreamt, to you, I would belong.
Had the dream you would stay with me til kingdom come.
Turns out, it was more like hit and run.
Am I the only one hanging on? -

    Awful, awful, awful.
May your days be long, til kingdom come.
