When I had the occasion to interact with Ticketstoday trying to get refunds of my commemorative ticket charges for the cancelled Sacramento and Las Vegas shows in 2022, it was a journey into the heart of darkness. I got a lot of circular responses (or non-responses) purporting to be from human beings but that were increasingly clearly auto-generated. It was only after about three hours of my time over a period of days that I apparently stumbled on the magic words that got a satisfactory response. Those words were "fraud," "theft," "class action" and "escalation to the appropriate consumer authorities."I gather speed from you fucking with me.0

Got my follow up response and my tickets are where they are supposed to be based on the new venue specific contracts/season tickets etc. That is quite an impact, oh well.

Thank you Spanky.. I’m glad you got a response even if it wasn’t what you hoped for. They emailed me again Friday saying they are contacting TM on the issue. Had everything documented with emails/10c #s etc which 10c appreciated . Yes. I picked P2 because I thought the odds of getting tickets would be more favorable. I am in the 200s but row 1. Close to the stage. I am not a huge fan of the back of the floor or the other P1 seating, although the sound is probably better there.0 -
