Has anyone received a response from the Ten Club at all regarding issues with seating distribution for fan club tickets for this tour? There seems to be radio silence from the Ten Club. Pretty sad customer service if they can't even bother to respond and address the issue.

I get it was a crazy week last week! But even an email saying hey, we’re looking into what happened would be pretty cool.

Yes, they really should. Clearly an error here. Sadly, I’m not sure they are prioritizing fairness/equity anymore.
I emailed them as well, still waiting a response. I’m sure they’ve been overwhelmed with the tour and stuff. But yeah, worse seats I’ve ever had for 10c in almost 20 years by magnitudes.
Literally back of the floor, much rather have not gotten 10c tix and just went through the general sale for 200/300 level near the stage. lets see what they say! Still gotta give them the benefit of the doubt. I think maybe TM had different ideas over which seats were more desirable, hence why people with higher 10c got level 100 by stage and lower 10c numbers are row 35+ on the floor by the exits.
Was lucky enough to win a few shows. I have a pretty low 10C number, 106xxx and have been treated to many great seats over the years. For this tour it seems as if I lost my seniority for the shows I was picked for. I'm way back on the floor at Baltimore and Philly while I'm seeing people with way higher numbers post their seats and they are better than mine! Talking to people with similar #'s as me I would think I would be near them! Yes my 10C number is correct when I log in on here!! Happy to be in the building of course and can't wait but just wondering what may have happened and did it happen to anyone else! Emailed the 10c but no response. All the seats were P1. Thanks for listening!
Fastrichie- Same thing happened to me. My wife and I have accounts. We both won Wrigley tickets. We both are seated in the same section. My number is 166--- and she is 505---. I noticed my Vegas, Wrigley, and Baltimore tickets locations are different from what other 166--- members are seated. I think they seated me with my wife's number instead of mine. Very strange. It has to be some weird glitch.
I contacted Ten Club about the issue and no response yet. I'm very grateful to have tickets, I just want to be seated according to my seniority.

Hey! Not happy to hear this happened, but happy to know I'm not the only one. Please let me know if you hear back from them.

Again not happy to hear, but happy it's more than 1 of us. Definitely let me know if you hear back. Rich

I've seen multiple other similar posts, so it does seem like somethings screwy with seat assignments. Since 2023 it seems like 10C members are getting seated further away than previous years, probably because PJ Premium/Platinum seats and also TM might be getting some of the regular priced good seats.

Still no response from the Ten Club. I emailed tickets.tenclub.net. Does anybody know any other way to get a hold of them?
What row on the floor are you at these shows? I didn’t see that specified.
Also, where are people with low 100xxx numbers located for Baltimore and Philly?
Hi blood….For Baltimore I’m back next to the mixing board in section 4. In Philly I’m the same thing in section 6.
I won tix for Baltimore & ended up in section 6, row D (the opposite side of the board from where you're seated) with a member number of 500xxx, which is about what I expected. With a member number of 106xxx, there's no logical way you should have received anything in section 4. Hope you get it sorted out.

Many of these situations appear to be more than just the result PJ Premium tickets. If that was true I would think all members would be moved back somewhat equally within the arena. When fan club members who memberships are hundreds of thousands of numbers apart end up in the same section at a show after entering the same choices in the lottery it seems likely that there is a major issue with the ticket distribution process. It's just sad that the 10 club will not even dignify them with a response when this is a problem that needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

Just curious of the timing of the first email you got confirming you got tickets? Was it in line with everyone else who was getting notified or was it much later in the day? If it was out of sync with the rest I could see it being something like you didn’t get selected in the first go round or some kind of hold and then when the dust settled they distributed some extra seats but in a much worse location than the rest. It does seem odd though that both shows are in similar out of the norm sections. Sometimes they get messed up like in 2003 state college I think they had the rows in reverse order on the side sections but you wouldn’t expect the same mistake on two different shows. That makes it seem like an issue tied to the member number.
Not sure how seniority works, but my tickets in Phoenix last year were directly behind the band members families, at least Matt’s. Which was right on the side of the stage and they were pretty fucking awesome. I’ve been a member since 1999 so five digit number. I signed up for Non GA for Wrigley and I’m in the second row of seats behind the pit so I’m extremely happy and I don’t have to deal with any of that line waiting as well. Good luck

Agreed, just saying that the PJ premium/platinum seem to be part of what's affecting things. For some people it seems really random. I re-joined in 2001 and my number is 232xxx. I live in Chicago so my 10C seats for the united center are pretty static around the back of section 122 etc. In 2023 my seats were 234 and at the very back of 105. Neither of those are bad at all and both are improvements over my 2003 10C tickets which were on the floor, section 6, 2nd to last row on the outside.

Yeah that doesn’t line up. 1998 was 165xxx
That's 6 digits. And my number is lower. Phew. But not by much
5 digits, 6 digits. Who gives a shit I’m in row 2 at Wrigley. Rail seats in San Diego 2009. Arizona has good gummies!!

Pjinfla..yes premium is definitely affecting seats. But that still doesn’t explain how people with higher numbers than mine have much better seats!

Hi blood….For Baltimore I’m back next to the mixing board in section 4. In Philly I’m the same thing in section 6.
Yeesh. I'm 540xxx and I'm in section 6, on the other side of the mixing board. My first thought was that they went by section ("4 is lower than 6, so it must be better, right?") but even that doesn't make much sense given how low your number is. Even the argument that they fill the floor first doesn't hold water. The handful of assignments I'd seen right after the tickets were released was that numbers like yours were up on the sides in 102/103/123 (so, really close to the stage), making it seem like they'd started at the stage and worked back, meaning your number would get you somewhere near the front, my number would get me the back of 120/105, 110/106, or Floor 4/6.
Maybe they're doing the reverse 1/2/9/10 lottery, and letting lower numbers experience worse seats as a humbling exercise (I'm kidding).

lets see what they say! Still gotta give them the benefit of the doubt. I think maybe TM had different ideas over which seats were more desirable, hence why people with higher 10c got level 100 by stage and lower 10c numbers are row 35+ on the floor by the exits.

Neither of those are bad at all and both are improvements over my 2003 10C tickets which were on the floor, section 6, 2nd to last row on the outside.
