I’d like to see poll results on those who think the current system is good versus when they joined the fan club.  Gee whiz, I wonder what those numbers would look like.
If I had self-esteem, this might hurt my feelings. You are, most likely more important than me. Also because you've been in the 10C longer.

I haven't put in for tickets since 2020, but I remember older Ten Clubbers bitching after that draw that the system was "favoring" newer members, and that one HAD priority. Basically, we have no idea how either of these draws worked, am no one is likely to share that with us, so we speculate.

I, for one, do think priority was better, and that there should be steps taken to ensure that everyone gets at least one show. It seems like this should be possible, but (and this but is so big Sir Mix-a-Lot could write an entire album about it) this would require Ticketmaster to care about something that won't make them any more money.

anyone on the same account get different seating for two-night stands? seeing a lot of ga-ga, p1-p1, p2-p2 and i can't recall seeing a post where they are different. thread moves fast, though, and it's easy to miss posts.

For those going O-fer, I wonder if they chose GA/P1 and P1 only. That certainly makes you more likely to go 0-fer.
This is a very good point. There are no doubt some people who did this, either because they didn't read the instructions or because they didn't believe the instructions (or because they would rather not be in the building than in a "bad" seat).
As an 0-5, (MSG, Baltimore, Philly) I chose all 3 options. Not picky in the lottery, just want into the building.

Is fan to fan only open to fan club members. Or can anyone go on TM and get them?

Okay, so quick question.... this applies only to cities with two shows in the US... is there anyone who put in for both nights, but only got GA for one night?

    Just curious.

Yes, for Seattle.  GA night 1, P1 night 2.

Both husband and I put in for MSG, Philly and Balt, with all three options except for Philly 2, we excluded P2 (my thinking was it would be an easier win)

He got 4 shows, the max he could since only 1 MSG possible. Balt P2, and P1 for Phillys and MSG1

I got GA for MSG2, so we went 5 for 5 between us and for the first time, we did not end up with duplicate shows.

Had we not included the P2 option, we would have blanked on Balt. This is the first time either of us has won a NYC show, and that was what we wanted most.

My bro in law and wives were trying to do Vegas but he got his email at like 10:30am this morning for both shows. I haven’t gotten a postive or a negative. But I’m not holding my breath.

It’s like they awarded to the individual, and whatever shows they selected, versus awarding for shows to many.
I have 2 reserved for Vegas both nights, and I am looking to sell for what I paid. I am looking for Wrigley N2 as well.
I need a pair of Vegas tickets to both nights. Badly.
    I'd be happy to help!
Ok, so how? I've never done this before.
No idea... I'm sure someone could offer tips or advice.

I’d like to see seniority used at least to get you one or two guaranteed show.
    Something like this..
    30+ years guaranteed 3 shows
    20+ years 2 shows
    10+ years 1 show
    Seems reasonable

NY, Philly, Boston N1....  Complete shut out. 5 shows, zero tickets with GA, P1 and P2 options. What's the point of paying for my membership? 2022, shut out of NY and Camden. 2016 I got a ticket for MSG but nothing for Philly. It's not worth it to pay the fee every year anymore. We don't even get a free tee shirt and vinyl. I'm happy for all of you that scored tix. But it's really disheartening to see some people get 9 GA shows and I can't even get in a building. Now I can anticipate throwing my macbook across the office when Ticketmaster screws me over on Friday.

I'd just like to see seniority have some positive impact on seat location. 20 years of uninterrupted membership here and seats just keep getting worse every tour. Maybe they will be better this time, but they haven't been since about 2011 or so. They've been worse.
The only people we should try to get even with...
    ...are those who've helped us.

Right 'round the corner could be bigger than ourselves.

Ok thanks. I have some friends who didn't do the verified fan thing and wasn't sure if they were SOL or not. Or more likely that I was going to have to get tix for them.
  • So, assuming Friday will be its usual shit show on TM (if they even let me join the sale), does anyone have experience with the fan2fan? When it opens up, ease of use, etc?

  • Correct, the system is very flawed or corrupt.  Simple statistics show multiple people shouldn't be winning 8 shows and others getting nothing.  Time to stop wasting money on the ten club if this is how things are being handled.

Have you ever rooted for a team all season long?  Bought the jerseys and the merch?  Followed their press and social accounts?  And then the season ends and you didn't win.  Then, you think.  Jesus, I'm a grown adult.  How much of time have I wasted on this shit?   Waiting on hold, F5ing, refreshing message boards for the past 20 years and you get totally shutout.   After driving 8 hours to Indy last summer??  Meanwhile, Mfers out here saying they went 10/11 with 8 GAs.   That's some BS either way.   Ain't making that 8 hour drive again this year.

It should seem pretty obvious to the band that including priority means that people will be more likely to be going to a show near their hometown... thus reducing costs and carbon emissions. I live down the street from a major arena that they play all the time, so I was cool not requesting tickets for MSG and Boston and just leaving those tickets for people who are a $3 subway ride away.

Noone knows when it will open. F2f takes luck and skill. Tickets drop at random (when someone lists them for sale), then it is about seeing the tickets when they first drop and being the first person to get through checkout.
