    I think about that stuff a lot. Random comparisons, like Forrest Gump is roughly as old now as To Kill a Mockingbird was when FG came out.
    Or the same analogy with ET and Wizard of Oz.
    Kids today look at a movie like ET and view it the same way I viewed Wizard of Oz. Seems crazy, and, as this thread suggests, makes me feel old.
