Any idea of the regular edition of the book is going to be available at bookstores or other online stores?

    But that is INSANE!

should I just have it shipped to a friend in the States who will ship it over to me?!
  • My question is why even do a limited ed. book with extra pages? Why not just make every book as great as possible?

I understand the posters and signatures--can't do that for every book. But why not the extra pages?
  • $40 IS insane... but that's what you get for using USPS... they are the most expensive shipper these days.

I can't believe it actually costs them 40$ to ship over to Europe...
What are you other Euros doing?

They are gonna have to ship 3 posters. What the hell do those posters look like? I hate buying posters blind. Are they PJ related or ames/klausen promos?

    Number 7?
  • I just want to say thank you for 13 tremendous years and thank my credit card company for the low monthly payments. I'm taking the debt and the S/E Book with me to the crematorium--from whence I will be ash-cast across the barrier islands and Bill Gates house.

    Seriously, though. I'm grateful.

purchased the Ltd. Edition version,...shipping to Canada was $22.50, so an increase of $2 over the shipping rate for the regular version, i.e. the rates quoted above.
