There's a check box in the filters to see them in the list but I assume they're intended for fans with accessibility needs

Yeah something is up with those seats. I don't think they're listed correctly. I can't imagine accessibility issue seats would be in the middle of a row. I'm going to guess those aren't categorized correctly. The error messages are odd as well.
