Will somebody who has double Austin Night 1 tickets if they for some horrible reason let you keep them, will you put me on your nice list to sell? That was my option #1
So, was Austin1 your 1st priority and you haven’t gotten an email with tix yet? If so, this is a major fubar.
yeah, I only wanted those two shows - I live here. Anyway, I got night two which was 2nd choice but not night one and now all kinds of people are getting double tickets. Hope it works out but definitely something not right.
I wonder if anyone who picked Austin1 as their 1st priority got tix. If not, then the double tix from us who had Austin1 as our 2nd priority would maybe explain things. Sorta.

How are us Chicago N1 folks who had it as our #1 feeling?
I’m bummed but this will be the first time not getting at least one show.  I don’t know how it works so is a number in the 400,000 out of luck?

Couldn’t read all 700 posts, but from what I skimmed through it seems several people have won Chicago with 2nd, 3rd and even 4th priorities.

As of 4:05 CST I have zero ticket confirmations.  Chicago N1 and N2 were my only selections.  Both GA/Reserved and Reserved options were chosen.

Yes I read every detail to enter and have done this many times before.  Yes my credit card is up to date on TM.  Yes I received a confirmation email for my request.

    Something seems seriously broken here.
same boat... Chicago N1 and N2 were my only selections and no emails so far.
    what were seat location selections?
Me too.  Both Chicago shows were my only selections.  I only picked the GA or RES option.

Same here and I’m getting super pissed off
I picked GA/RES and RES for St Paul. I got reserved seats. Who is to say my GA/RES wasn't the winner? Because nobody knows.

If so, then they might as well put me out of my misery and send the "sorry, you're a loser" email.
  • Not only is priority not really working the 10c seniority assignments are WAY off.  I did so well in 2020 and 2022 then this year last row of the building for both shows...number isn't that bad but it's not great.  Won't complain, shows could be much higher in demand but it seems to be that it is in fact, NOT working as intended.
Some people have said they've been charged for more tickets than they requested -- what I really want to know is if they're also getting email notifications tying those "extra" charges to actual extra seats. If not, it may just be a billing glitch. If so, then *that* tells us that something is definitely going wrong, no matter what the process or algorithm is.
Nope. I got an email with section, row and seat assignment. Not just a billing glitch.

I wonder if ticketmaster/10C has figured out this multiple night 1 Austin thing yet?  There seems to be A LOT of double pairs happening.  I'm guessing that someone started going off a list of names that hadn't been marked off and they were treating them as first time buyers?

Curious how there can be so many resale listings on seatgeek already…is there anyone who can explain that to me?

Speculative tickets. some places are trying to make those illegal, hope it happens.

People, for the 1 millionth time, your member number has nothing to with your odds of being picked in the lottery. Only seat placement.

It seems the 200 sections are now being issued for Chicago, a few hours after the GA, floor and 100 sections. Interesting.

  • I got my 3rd and 4th picks, St Paul and Fort Worth, will likely only be able to make one show and I’ll sell the other on F2F.

Don’t really care where the seats are just pumped to be able to see my favorite band again and mix it up with you fine folks.

  • Some transparency on this process would go a long way with folks. Explaining the how, why, where.

If someone has 1st priority of Austin reserved Night 1 and doesn’t get chosen, how can another get the tickets when it’s their 3rd and/or 4th priority.

Also, I don't put any stock in the "check every box, it maximizes your chances" emails that people got from support. That *may* be true, but anyone who's worked at an org of more than 1000 people knows it's an iron-clad guarantee that the people answering those emails don't actually know how it works, and the odds that they asked and got a real answer from someone who does know before replying, *and* interpreted that answer correctly, is very small.
These instructions were also on the ticket request form you filled out.

Really not complaining. just confused.  My reserved seats for Austinx2 are by far the worst seats ive ever gotten. ive  Always been side stage in arenas.  now i'm getting back corner?  10c# 144k
It’s a joke. 25+ year members are now sitting where there’s barely a view of the stage. Every 100 level seat has a better view than back of floor.

    Very true

Also I wonder if there really was a glitch there for those that clicked both boxes vs those that did not. Maybe they half assed a fixed for most cities but messed up with Austin. Those that clicked both boxes are winning both picks for the same priority.
