Went from 200’s to 300’s to worst 300’s. Will not renew this joke of a fan club.  I can’t even resell my tickets for what I bought them for.

Is anybody else’s Ticketmaster email with their tickets having an error message when trying to open them up?
Is anyone still having this problem with the error "400 - Bad Request"? The only device I have available is my phone. I have restarted my phone, and a few things like that, to make it more efficient. So far nothing has worked.
I sent a message to TM, but you know how that goes. I did get an email response saying they received it, and someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours. I figured I would likely get an answer here more quickly!
Does not work for me either.  Mac or phone.  I have no idea if my terrible seats were upgraded.  Cannot get my seats.
Did you try different browsers?  Clear cache?

I went 6 for 6 (AUS, CHI, FW), so I sure hope not.

I think this sh*t gets a little real if people got tickets they can't unload on F2F. Otherwise, just a time waste and annoyance.

    400 error

Make sure you are not logged into Ticketmaster

    Completely close internet browser window

    Click link in email

That worked for me using Chrome

Second show I got the error after hitting Claim Button

I had to Clear My Browser Data and then I got to my tickets

    Hope that helps

I guess the only problem that I have is that my wife had gotten seats through the verified Ticketmaster sale and I have been a member for years but I let my previous membership lapse a half dozen years back. she got better tickets than I did but other than that I’m just glad I got tickets to the shows that I wanted and will get to see them again.

    Posted elsewhere,  but:

    • St. Paul Night 2
      1st - Sec 105 Row 5
      2nd - Sec 114 Row 10
      3rd - Sec FLRL Row 7

      201xxx

Not sure how I feel about the floor.

      201xxx

Based on this, I wonder if I may know what happened with some of it. And if I'm right, I believe it may have been a 10C issue.

So my OG membership was 191xxx. My current membership is 438xxx.
      StP 2
      1st - no communication
      2nd - Floor R Row 3 (matches well with above member # 201xxx)
      3rd - 115 Row 21

My seats for both Chicago shows also got far worse (100 level to 300)

I think all my seats were assigned according to my OG membership number and reassigned according to my current number. If you had a lapse in membership, did your experience resemble this outcome?

Here’s what I ended up with (member #461XXX):
    St. Paul N1- Section 115, Row 6
St. Paul N2- FLRR, Row 12
    Chicago N1- Section 316, Row 3
    Chicago N2- Section 301, Row 9

Obviously not thrilled with the 300-level Chicago seats (like everyone else on here), but honestly I’m just happy to be in the building. I’m very happy with my St. Paul seats though- I think those seats are about as good as I can get with my mediocre 10c number.

I’m guessing you haven’t even tried yet. F2F isn’t even open. Anyone who just wants their money back will get it. These shows were instant sell outs, except for some behind the stage seats.

Nice I am 500x and N1 Austin have 209 row A and N2 Austin 114 row T.  Similar spots as you. Seems like more lower number members are attending N1 assuming lower bowl is “better”. Enjoy the shows!

Ticketmaster isn’t going to give Pearl Jam all the good seats.  They gave them a lot and then gave them more tickets to give to their fan club members.  There has never been a guarantee you are going to get good seats.   Also I see people mad that they’ve been in the club for 10 years and got bad seats people need to realize if you’ve been a member for 10-15 years seniority is not going to help you much.

Is anyone else out there still waiting for a claim email? I got my new assignment and claim email for St. Paul Night 2, but Night 1 is still AWOL. I was confirmed for both nights.

I've emailed the Ten Club and Ticketstoday, and I'm waiting to hear back. But I was curious if anyone else is still standing around, wondering what's going on...

Seems appropriate based on numbers of others, but also odd to me.  I get moved back for night 1 which should be a less in demand ticket than a Saturday show and tickets worsened by a little bit.  I've not been on the floor for 10C in a while (since GA got added back).  The re-seating for night 2 is closer to stage and likely better section but I'm up in the upper rows.  I may be totally underestimating demand but I would think I'd usually be in sec 101 or 102 (or the mirror 118/119).

I think demand is way worse or more likely, they left a lot of premium seats for sale in these sections. Happy to be in the building but with premium seating the days of the 10C having best seats are likely over.
