I'm curious how many folks were entirely shut out of any shows.

My #1 priority went unfulfilled.  My #2 was fulfilled.
Man that's weird. I know there were people getting Chicago 1 with their 3rd and 4th priority.

My fiancé had Chicago 1 as her #1, then Indy and Chicago 2. And she didn't get shit.

  • The best shows I've ever attended were typically general admission concerts, so I go for the Pearl Jam pit tickets right in front of the stage. It's the best method by a long shot as far as I'm concerned.

There were definitely some issues with priorities not being honored, they need to acknowledge that at some point. It's good that they fixed some of the seniority issues, but that doesn't help those who got shut out when they shouldn't have.

100% agree. That has been largely swept under the rug.

Might as well post in this thread too in case there is any way to get customer service...

    Member number 58xxx

First priority Austin 1 - unfulfilled
    Second priority Austin 2 - initially got 212 row A, now 213 row H

I am pretty disappointed, and the ten club email response I got says that seniority was honored. Obviously that's not true. Almost thirty years, I am just really confused and honestly feel kind of silly for caring this much...oh well.

Maybe someone else can chime in, but only thing I can figure is you didn't win lotto for your first priority(total lotto draw not senority based), but then won the lotto for your second priority. Being second priority, you fell behind those who marked that show as their first priority (even the new 10c numbers). Either way, I'd think you would still be up much closer.

Nothing about your situation makes sense.  Wry strange.

When you log in does it still say 58,xxx under membership?  I’d email 10c for clarification.  There’s no way you should be anywhere but 106 or 120 with a number like that.

I'm still convinced that we're all going to show up and someone else will be sitting in our seats.

I'm mid 400-something (checked my membership a few days ago and learned my number is way better than I remembered). In three assignments for St Paul 2, my seat has barely budged.

    Round 1:  sec 115, row 4
    Round 2:  sec 114, row 11
    Round 3:  sec 114, row 6

Requested GA/RES and checked all the boxes. Really wanted GA, obviously. If anyone with GA decides they want to sit, message me, please.

Don't feel silly. Where your tickets are vs. where they should be is way out of whack for some reason.

I’m speechless.  10c has to know that a 58k number does not belong in rafters.  Maybe private message Kat or Sea.

  • I have to add my ticket issue here too. My member number is in the 72,000s so I normally receive the first section next to the stage row a or B because of that low number. So when I got that normal section, but one night was Row G and another was Row J. I was a bit upset (cause I’m spoiled) but I was happy I did receive tickets for two shows. When we got the email saying that the seat assignments were incorrect and not done by seniority I was thrilled. However, when I received my updated ticket assignments yesterday - for one show the seat assignments did not change at ALL and for the second show, the row did not change only the seat numbers did.  Just wanted to let others know that they’re not alone with this. I did email 10 club but I’m sure they’ve been inundated with these problems. I will keep you guys posted on what I hear back from them.

It's incredibly frustrating to get a canned response when you know that anyone with even a passing knowledge of the system would look at your number/tickets and understand something got badly botched

Yup.  No rhyme or reason to much of it my man.  Knowing they would have been 300 level seats I’m actually glad.  I’ll be in GA with a buddy and not having to unload the nosebleeds to my local friends is a win.  Although they did want my nosebleeds for night 1 so if they’re happy, that’s all that matters.  This was an odd lottery experience.

I really hope they have a nice lot of tickets set aside in order to fix blunders like this.  I'm honestly baffled how they can admit to the original error, but miss this on the redo!  They need to make this right!
  • CRAP, pjl44. I sure was hoping we wouldn’t get a canned response.  Maybe if enough of us e-mail the club it might make someone look into this further?

What shows and section are you? If you're row 7 and 9 of a lower loge section that seems right on.
  • Fingers crossed that the fact that my one set of seat assignments did not change at ALL (after being told they were assigned incorrectly in the first place) it will make someone in the club look a little further into this.

They should pull one of their best PJ premium seats and assign it to you. Problem solved. The seats are there to make this right if they’re willing to let go of one of their overpriced tickets. Hope you get it resolved. It’s clearly not right.

I don't know what else to do. I've emailed a couple of times already. I have been an active member for close to 30 years, I've bought all the things. The last few tours I have been shut out of msg, where I live. I just don't think I have it in me to keep pushing... This music will always be a part of me but I feel incredibly let down. There are other bands, there is so much great music to see

I would try asking to escalate it. I'd at least need to feel like I was speaking with someone who acknowledges my number and tickets and can give me some explanation in context of what is happening.

That reply you got sounds like "if anyone has a question about seniority and ticket location paste this and hit send."

Message Sea or Kat. Maybe they can get you in touch w/ someone, maybe not, but it’s worth trying.

You got the canned response, there is no way your seats are correct. My 10C number is 673,xxx, and im in 218 for AUS N2. So even if you were 580,xxx they would be wrong ... keep pushing..

I got seats for both Austin shows - they were the only shows I put  in for. This is the first time I’ve ever gotten seats for both shows I requested since this lottery ticket style started.  But again - all the lottery tix I’ve won in the past several years have put me in the first two rows of the first section next to the stage. So this is a first. It’s especially fishy since the tickets, for my one show didn’t change it ALL after we were told that our seats weren’t handed out correctly, seniority wise the first time around.
