Got my reassigned seats for Indy.

Moved from Sec H, Row K
    to Sec D, Row T.

So basically just flipped sides and got pushed back 9 rows.  Keep telling myself I'm just happy to be in the bldg!

    Member number 186,xxx.
That's what's bizarre to me. I was shutout yesterday INDY but now have Sec D row H. Several rows closer than you are but your number is better than mine. This is truly BONKERS.

    member 204xxx
again, I think if you got tickets yesterday you are screwed regardless. They moved everyone back and then freed seats up for those that didnt get any. You are almost in a better situation today if you didnt get seats yesterday.

I think it has become quite clear that they NEVER should have done the seating at the same time as the show selection (and never have in the past, I don't think).  The seniority seating seems impossible to do accurately that way.  Is it possible that they are putting as many of us as possible in the 300 section until all show selections are done, and then will do seniority seating?  Anywho...  I'm in the building today (figuratively), yesterday I was not.  #forevertheoptimist

Seniority should be the first criteria for tix and seating. Those that have been the fan club since the early 90s should never get shut out and should get the best seats, always. People that bought memberships last month shouldn’t even be in the running for tix in a 5-city tour.
I hope everyone with low numbers is getting tix, and good tix
I don't agree, new fans should have a chance to see them too. It shouldn't just be fans that have seen them 20+ times and are taking all the tickets at every show.
    This
BS. You can see them but you don’t get the right to score tix over someone who has 30 years in
If access to tickets was purely based on seniority there wouldn't be very many paying members and therefore it wouldn't even be worth having a club because they wouldn't be able to cover the overhead.  So congratulations, now nobody gets tickets.

they have they have screwed this up so bad just got my reassigned seats and they are worse than my original section 215 now they have me section 303! I can’t believe they have screwed this up so bad member #27xxx I’m completely in shock 10c someone has to get involved, I just wrote to the support team
This guy has probably been in the fanclub for 30 years and they actually downgraded him to a 300 level ticket. They absolutely have to fix this. Unbelievable
I agree. So wrong! Hopefully they get him backstage or something.

That is garbage. I put in Austin 1 2nd priority GA/Reserved only and hit. Granted they're not great seats (218 Row K) - I got them.  That makes no sense.  I'm a 535XXX member from 2013.

  • Just hit lawn for Indy - probably putting those up on F2F.

For those who didn't get Chicago tickets and only care about being in the building, I wouldn't sweat it.

SO many people got 300-level seats and will release those on the fan exchange.

It's hard to justify the travel expenses and time off of work and away from family for seats like that. It's just not the same experience up there.

I know I'll be releasing my two pairs.

Friends got behind the stage (321) for Chicago but did not select that as an option. Anyone else?
I didn't put it, but To be completely honest I wouldn't be upset at this point if they gave me even that. Just want something at this point. #1 priority and only choice and nada thus far
If you get shut out, let me know. You can have mine in 309. Row 15.
  • When they said they had most of the Indy lawn for 10c , I think they meant to say they had most of the 300 level at United Center.

Does anyone know when and how the refund will take place now that we have all been charged twice for these tickets?

Just got my reassigned Indy seats, won St. Paul N1 and husband won Indy seats, too.

We both put in for Indy and St. Paul, so got 3 of 4 entries.

    ETA:
Yesterday: Noblesville SEC H, row E
Moved to SEC F, row S

    308xxx

Which got me St. Paul 1 Sec 116, Row 17
Which was your priority # 1?  St. Paul or Indy?

I don't get this at all, especially with a 162xxx number.  I go from Sec D to to Sec H and 10 rows further back.  SMH.  Glad to have tix, but what a shitshow.

Ha, i'm in your same section and row both before and after.  Sucks to get pushed back further.  Member 186,xxx.

    See you at the show!
I'm 173,xxx and ended up in Sec H Row T too.

I put in for three shows. Indy #1. Then both Austin. Got all three. But seniority clearly not honored on any. Seems like the numbers in the upper 100 thousands routinely behind 250xxx-500xxx.
