Is anybody else’s Ticketmaster email with their tickets having an error message when trying to open them up?

Others have mentions issues like this.  Try using your phone if you aren't already.  If you are using a computer, maybe try using a different browser.  If that doesn't work, are you using any sort of firewall, ad blocking software? If so, try temporarily disabling that and try again.
Worked like a charm, thanks much!

Feels like I’m part a big joke, was given new seats section 313 row 17, the furthest seats from the stage possible.   So upset right now…

I want stats! There’s gotta be someone good at numbers who can track this all and figure out at what membership # point tickets got better/worse.  I’m assuming it’s around join date 2006 but that’s just my guess
Joined in 98. I’m not sure if it was better or worse. Went from 219 to 108.
219 was a lot closer to the strange, but a sharp angle. 108 pretty straight and lower level, but far back.

    10C # 210xxx

    Ft Worth N1
started with Floor 2, row 12 (center floor section)
now have Floor 3, row 11

For the cancelled Vegas show the 10C gave me the first row on the floor directly behind the pit.  Now I am 11 rows behind that.  So either the 10C seats are farther back or Ft Worth had a fair # more requests than Vegas (with a # <210xxx).

I got GA pit for N2 Ft Worth.
    00 - Atlanta                                            10 - MSG I&II
    03 - Birmingham, Atlanta                       22 - L̶a̶s̶ ̶V̶e̶g̶a̶s̶, Camden, Nashville
    04 - Asheville, Kissimmee                     23 -  Ft Worth II
    08 - Tampa, Columbia                           24 -  Philadelphia I&II, Baltimore
    09 - Atlanta I&II (EV)

    St Paul 2
    105xxx

    Original seats: 102 row 7
    Reassigned: 102 row 8
    Final seats: 118 row 11

So I’ve moved to same equivalent section but on Mike’s side and am pushed back 4 rows from original seats.
But am now on the aisle closest to the stage.

Totally ok with that. Will be good to be back on Mike’s side!
    I m 118 row 20 with 139xxx.  I think I moved five seats.  Same row and section.

They used to do the first 2 rows as a random lottery, give everyone a chance on those. Can’t remember if they did that in 2022, but I’m guessing they did if you were front row.

There isn't going to be a point, it's not that simple, because it was all over the place in the previous assignments.

Went from 300 side stage middle of section at United to last row of 300 section at far end of united center.
Went ahead one row in the 200 sections (far end sides) for both shows in Austin.
Was expecting it given my 10c number, will be posting on f2f, because I luckily purchased first row backstage 101 for Austin night one,  and 4 rows up side stage(mikes) section 120(indeed club) for Austin night 2 at face value in the public ticketmaster sale(once verified opened for everyone no code needed). Lucked out, buying singles it's a little easier to have that luck, still not sure how they weren't PJ Premium.

Despite this lengthy thread, sill confused on how/if priority matters for seat assignment.

Member 100xxx picks six shows and has Indianapolis as priority 6. Wins lottery for all 6.

Member 600xxx picks only Indianapolis and wins.

Who has better seats for Indy?

Priority does not matter for seat assignment. Seniority matters for seat assignment. In your example, member 100xxx would have the better seats.

100XXX has better seats. Or at least should have.

Priority matters getting selected for tickets. After that it does not matter and seniority decides where you sit.

my wife had a pair of tickets reassigned to sec 321 in Chicago, which to me are VERY side stage and should not have been assigned as part of the regular lotto - I did not check side/behind the stage tickets. Debating if I should email and try to have them give me different seats.

On the seatgeek refund program, I think it’s only a credit, possibly with a fee and expiry date.  Not positive but I don’t think you get the cash back.  Of course not relevant for non-transferable tix anyway.

Is anybody else’s Ticketmaster email with their tickets having an error message when trying to open them up?
Is anyone still having this problem with the error "400 - Bad Request"? The only device I have available is my phone. I have restarted my phone, and a few things like that, to make it more efficient. So far nothing has worked.
I sent a message to TM, but you know how that goes. I did get an email response saying they received it, and someone will get back to me within 24-48 hours. I figured I would likely get an answer here more quickly!

** Update: Today, when I was able to access a computer, it all went through easily. So keep trying alternate devices, anyone who is still dealing with error 400 issues. This shouldn't be happening, but it is solvable. Apparently some interfaces work better than others.

Good to know. I almost never buy thru 3rd party sites anyway, unless getting a last minute steal on SH. But I just found that curious.

Does not work for me either.  Mac or phone.  I have no idea if my terrible seats were upgraded.  Cannot get my seats.
