Good luck today Soldiers! We went through emotional and mental war yesterday, mental gymnastics all morning, and are certain to have frustration, anguish, and disbelief today. I love you all.
Can’t stop shaking my head at people who are aggressively adamant that show priority “should” still work the same as it always did, when the language around it in the FAQs/customer agreement changed (drastically) and no longer said anything at all specific about how it actually affects the draw. You got sold out to TicketMaster, the terms explicitly changed, and yet you’re convinced “it has to be the same!!!” As someone once said… “some men, you just can’t reach…”
is that what we signed up for?? I know there is +20 year members of ten club if not higher, and I am 16 years with Ten Club, to lose out to fans that get tickets for P3 and P4 picks ahead of P1 and P2 is straight up unacceptable.
Another fact that make no sense to me it's this case
Person 1: selects one show as 1st priority only a "GA & Reserved" Person 2: selects one show as 2nd priority a Reserved
Person 2 win tickets but not person 1.
Easy. Once person 1 lost the ga lottery for show the res option wasn’t considered for seats. Person 2 got the seats by not selecting ga option
Person 1 chooses Chicago N1 & N2 as their number 1 and 2 priority with only reserved seats & doesn't win Person 2 chooses Chicago N1 & N2 as their number 3 & 4 priority with only reserved seats & wins
^ this scenario is littered all over this thread - it makes zero sense

or you can come to terms and realize you're the only one who can forgive yourself oh yeah... makes much more sense to live in the present tense...

This. This debacle is just another in a growing list of disappointments in recent years.
Shutout again. Been a member for 20 years and haven’t gotten tenclub tix since 2016. Kinda bullsh!t when so many people post getting multiple shows every tour.

If person 2 is 54xxx and person 1 is 611xxx then it would.....if seniority is used. I think they did this on a show by show basis based on rollout, so your priority maybe didnt matter with exception to seat choice at each show.
So here's a question....I used a credit card with a $900 limit, with a zero balance. Will the refund hit my account in time for the new charges to clear? If not, will they allow me to use a different card?
bumping my own comment....any ideas on this?
I'm hoping they don't actually refund and recharge, as that would be pointless. But if they do, I'm afraid you may be screwed. No way that refund is going to clear in time for the next charge to go thru. And unfortunately, no way to change your card after the request period has ended.

It's tough to say. If they issue the refund first before the new charge, you should be golden. If it's issued on the same day as each other, generally you should be good when the card transactions are reconciled at the end of the day. Certain cards may approve a charge over the limit too. In any event given the mixup, TicketsToday or whomever is the lead organization supporting this, should take steps to make you whole (e.g., "hey, your card was declined, you have one day to fix it, or else we release your tickets"). They should want to make you whole on the transaction. We're in uncharted territory for this sale so not sure anyone can say definitely how it would play out.
I received confirmation emails for both Austin shows yesterday. An hour ago, my ticket request showed confirmed for both shows. It now says that I have no requests for this program. Anyone else have this issue?
The fact that I'm going to spend my day going through my constantly refilled Junk folder might be what does me in.
So far I've "won" $48,000 in Nike gift cards, 7 iPhones, and 3 coolers.

seems legit. Better give your credit card info just to be sure you can claim them before they're all gone!

it could , lottery and all. it seems that CHI,IND and MN were heavy with applicants.
now how they draw, that is a mystery, but let's say they allocate a percentage of seats/winners by priority. P1 having more seats to be chosen in the lottery in total then say P4. now if most people had P1 for CHI, having a heavy application pool the odds of winning still arent that great due even though in theory P1 might have the most draws. for example if there were 20000 applicants for P1 and P1 gets 2000 lottery winners. if P4 didnt have a lot of applicants, even the small amount of seat draws for that could make the odds close, even or better.
I am also Unfulfilled. I literally can't even remember the last time I got Ten Club tickets lol. Not sure why I'm a member. The best part is if I don't get chosen for the verified fan, I'm SOL!

Call the credit card and ask or get limit increased now.
