I requested one ticket for September 18 and one ticket for September 19 in Austin, Texas. I was able to get both concerts. I haven't seen them since 2016. I'm very excited for the shows (but not the heat).
The shows are in September and indoors, it could still be hot in Sept., but you should be fine.
I really hope 10c gets to work on revoking all the 10c tickets that are already being scalped and puts them back in the pool. Maybe that is what is holding the draw of the rest of up.
Seems like Indy was high demand. If you didn’t have it as priority one I don’t think you got it…at least so far
I got my 2nd and 3rd choices (st Paul) and I got Indy. But I had Indy as priority #1
I had all options for Indy as #1 and got nothing. Chicago 2 was number two, also nothing. It sticks when you can only afford to go to the most desired ones.
Same. also had a CHI1. Nothing. Long time TC too. F2F will still be an option. I used that last tour and it worked out reasonably well. Was able to get better seats and sell my original tickets to another fan for face value.
Maybe I missed something, but it was understanding that choosing GA / Reserved was giving you the same odds of getting a reserved seat as choosing just "Reserved". That is how I understood the information. I was also concerned that choosing both "GA / Reserved" and "Reserved" may result in being disqualified etc. As such, my wife, close friend and I all choose "GA / Reserved" for St Paul nights 1 and 2. We all go shut out which is very strange as some folks are getting St Paul as their 4th or 5th choice. It appears that choosing both "GA / Reserved" and "Reserved" increased your odds of getting a seat.
Regardless a very disappointing and confusing day
Same! They should have made it clear that choosing both would not void your request, that was my fear as well.
I have never seen extra pairs being sent out or people that have low priorities winning over others. You usually win if you pick reserved in a smaller market. Is this GA/Reserved option new? Maybe that had something to do with the unusual results.
So fucking bummed right now. Put in for both St. Paul shows (I live in Minneapolis) and completely shut out. I was shut out in 2022 as well—member since 2018. Considering not renewing my membership since it was the only reason I joined in the first place.
Both St. Paul shows requested, credit card charged 5 hours ago, and still no email. I think this means I got tickets and more emails will be sent out. Am I wrong?
That happened to me once! Our bank was charged for everything we put in for, then by the time the email came we had one night only….don’t know what that means.

Has anyone actually gotten a rejection message yet? It seems like there are advertised ticket sections that haven't even been awarded yet, AND we still get random Chicago, Minneapolis, and Austin scores from reserved and GA. I wouldn't worry yet.
There are about 300 lower level tix available for Ruoff out in the wild already.

Yes, person B won the lottery and person A did not. Proves that priorities only matter after being selected as a winner in the lottery.
If it worked that way wouldn’t we have seen a lot more random winnings vs. what we saw: groups of St Paul, then Chicago, No Austin early in the day, no Indy lawn…..you’re saying early lottery winners, none of them picked those cities?
I think they drew lottery winners per city, not by show. My credit card charges are one minute apart on my Apple Card history, and I received the email confirmations one minute apart right afterward as well.

Yep that means you got tickets. Make sure to check your spam.
Oh, I’ve been checking that bitch too. Lol

Yes, GA+Reserve option is new. It was advertised as making it easier to get into the building since the amount of GA tix per venue is "extremely" limited. I don't really understand the point of the option - what if I only want GA but not seats? Two separate options GA and Reserve is clear.
So when do these tickets show up in our Ticketmaster accounts?
An email will be sent out with where to get the tickets

Again: nobody here knows how the process is actually happening. Some people have a very strong opinion on how it "should" be happening, and to that, I'll just paste this again:
For the people who think the "only reasonable" way to do it is to pull from priority 1 for a city, then if there's any left, pull from priority 2, etc. Consider these two people's preference sets in order:
Person A: Austin, St. Paul, Noblesville
Person B: Chicago, Austin, St. Paul, Noblesville.
If Chicago has high demand and Person B does not get it, and Austin, St. Paul, and Noblesville all have enough seats for pretty much everyone in priority 1 and not much else, it's entirely likely that Person A gets all three of their picks, while Person B gets zero because they put Chicago first, maybe because they live in Chicago and would prefer not to travel if possible. Who knows. Personally, I find that an extraordinarily unfair system. I'm not saying a system with some other outcome is necessarily better, but I'm saying this "obvious" "only reasonable" system is not at all that.
I respectfully disagree. Please try to explain logically how someone that put Chicago as his or her 3rd, 4th or 5th priority, regardless of what his or her 1st and 2nd priority were, would get selected for Chicago tickets over someone that put in a total of two requests, both of which were Chicago, and received zero tickets.
I don’t have an answer for that hypothetical. We don’t k ow that has happened, if it did, I’d be very curious why. I’m addressing the people who were aggressively and insultingly saying one particular method is “obviously” the only right one, by pointing out that it gives rise to outcomes which a reasonable person could consider quite unfair.
Based on your posts, it seems that you are skeptical of these claims and feel they are hypothetical or that there are other forces at play, but this is exactly what happened to several of us, myself included. It is not one or two people, in which case I'd raise an eyebrow as well. The sample size is large enough to know that something went awry. Nothing was "obvious" about any of this, except the fact that something is amiss.
Still waiting for Chicago N2 (GA/Res) as my fist choice and Chicago N1 (GA/Res) as my second choice. Probably out of both at this point, correct? Late to the party, sorry! Good luck to all.

Maybe it changed the way they allocate tickets as they go through the venues? Not sure we will ever know.
A bit disappointed in the seats, but as others have noted it’s a sign that, as with the 2020* shows, a huge amount of the tickets are going to club members.
AT least you're in, I'm 309xxx and got Sec 115 night 1 and G/A Pit night 2.
