They could always do a special lottery first for all of the 10C members who won tickets last time a day before the regular lottery. Doesn't seem that unreasonable.
If they're gonna make good this is probably the easiest way. Then any Baltimore leftovers go into the general lottery. They would just need to scrub the list to make sure someone doesn't get tickets in both.
Agreed - a Pre-Lottery for still active 10c members who won the first time around is the best idea. 2 days or so before regular 10c Lottery.
I think tracking down who had F2F tickets is probably impossible, but they should be able to see who won BALT tickets in the initial lotto
Or they can just move the show to Camden Yards and make everyone happy
Why would it be impossible to find the f2f? They are the ones who got the refund do of course they know who they are!
They're not going to open up a 10C presale to non-10C members who purchased f2f. So they would somehow have to put the f2f purchasers against the 10C member roll. Way easier to just say members who got drawn for the cancelled show get a first draw for the new one.
Again, if they decide to go down this road at all.
Sacramento and Vegas should get the same treatment if they do something for Baltimore. Hope they can pull it off.
As a person who felt incredibly lucky to get pit tix to my hometown show (Sacramento)...I sure hope they can figure something out. Cannot express how excited I was to have the opportunity to see them up close....
Maroon 5 just announced 16 day Vegas residency at MGM Dolby Live - Dates include May 17 and 18th
PJ will almost certainly be at MGM Grand if 16/18 are real. They'll tear down the stage after night 1 to allow Melanie Martinez to play on the 17th. Theres no other realistic options.
The arena at Mandalay bay is an option. They've played it before.
It's so small. I hope not. I need Vegas tickets bad
They've also played the arena at UNLV before but I dont think there's been any concerts there in years. Still think MGM is the likely venue.
I have lived in Vegas off and on for 15 years. I have seen many, many shows at Mandalay Bay, a few at MGM/T-Mobile, and a total of zero at Thomas and Mack. When you hold a concert in a casino, it brings thousands of people into the casino and the casino gives the band an extremely good rate on the arena.
If everyone wanted an awesome place to see a show, it is whatever The Joint at the Hard Rock is called these days after the Virgin rebrand. I have seen QOTSA, Arcade Fire, Rise Against and a bunch of others there and it is like 3000 GA.
However, it is probably going to be at MGM Grand Garden.
I was told by an extremely reliable source inside the industry today that Baltimore is locked in for 9/12 at CFG Bank. I have no info on other dates since he works only in Baltimore but I really only post this stuff when I am absolutely sure about something.
Thanks for the Info.
But just wait for the people who had tickets for the show there that was canceled in 2020, what they'll be saying. Those Threads should be entertaining.
Original Baltimore ticket holders that are still 10c members should definitely get priority at tickets before the rest of us.
Agree - held onto those for a long time - I'd still be holding them now if they would've let us. I want another chance at that venue - along with my 2 Philly home shows of course.
It would be nice to get first dibs at Baltimore again (I think I hung onto these tickets for two years lol) but if Philly comes to happen, I'd rather do Philly. Together with Indy that would make a nice end of the summer, beginning of fall.
Please, Pearl Jam, consider a Benaroya Hall vinyl reissue!

As someone who held GAs for both in 2022 (with your help) and was up front in the Sacramento merch line when the cancellations were announced it stings I won’t be able to make the 2024 shows.
To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

If the rumors are true, 2 in NY, 2 in Philly, 2 in Boston, Baltimore should be a much much much easier ticket than it was in 2020. Back then, it was essentially the best option for many being on the EC and a Saturday

And opening day Yankees @ Orioles. Ugh, would have been EPIC!
Wow, the last few pages of this kinda went sideways. I wish I did have popcorn to read all of it. As always I appreciate the rumors, hearsay, whatever we are calling it, especially from Dimi and Facemeltor (and his mom) who so kindly offer their knowledge to us. Just booked a refundable hotel in Missoula, walking distance to the stadium/university for the 8/23 weekend, based on their intel. I am still hopeful for a Denver date so I do not have to travel (just easier on me and my life at this stage), but Missoula should be great too.

Should have a Vote Poll to see how many of us think this will or won't happen.
