So today I finally got a check from TM but it was for only two tickets and I sold five tickets for three different shows. I wonder if they send them out for each show individually, or if I need to now chase them down for the other three tickets I sold. Has anyone else gotten their check yet? If so, was it for the whole amount?
Just heard back from TM. Apparently each show is a separate check. So hopefully, I will get the other two checks soon. Just wanted to let you all know in case you are in the same situation. Hopefully, the info they told me is correct. You never know with this company what is going on.
We never received a confirmation email, but a check arrived today for the full amount. Eight tickets total for the QC and Ottawa shows.
Thanks for the update. So, they put more than one show in your check? I really hope I get the rest of the money without having to keep asking them for it. So frustrating.
Yes. Two shows, two sets of two seats for each show (4 total transactions) all in one check. It’s completely ridiculous how seemingly random the payouts are, but a this point nothing TM does surprises me. Best of luck to everyone still waiting for their money.
A late Christmas present for me as well. All 3 of my Canadian refunds showed up on one check yesterday. Were in US funds as well so there was no hassle when depositing it at the bank this morning. 3.5 month process for me as well. Don't think I will be playing the "upgrade game" again for any non US shows......
I finally got my check for Toronto and Hamilton and it was in Canadian funds. So, I not only lost the difference in currency exchange from September and January thanks to the falling Canadian dollar, my bank charged me to cash it. All in all, I lost around $50. TM can kiss my ass.

Damn that sucks! They should fully refund you this.

Yeah it does especially since I came to the forums to make sure a member knew the exact time (which was really late night) I was dropping my tickets so a scalper wouldn't get them.
In Canada, received my final payment for OKC last week. Exchange rate worked out well in my case.

Still waiting for payment for 9 tickets, $1400 CAD, over $1k USD. I didn't get the check request confirmations until mid-December so it might be waiting a while. Also the emails said the checks will be in Canadian funds

Good luck. For some reason they sent me a check for only two of the tickets I sold. They owe me for three more. I have gone back and forth with TM numerous times and they have assured me that the rest of the money is coming - for whatever their word is worth. My bank took out $80 dollars from the first check because of the exchange rate. Really annoying. This whole thing is an ordeal.

Wow!! Good luck and hope you receive those funds soon.
All the same problems as everyone listed above. Today I sent emails threatening Class Action Lawsuits for negligence if there is no immediate resolution. I can update to let you know what they say. I am serious about the lawsuit. Happy to do the legwork in finding a law firm.
Also, "mnormandie" comment above has the link to an email address that I had not been able to find until now. Maybe if we all send an email to that, it would get some wheels turning. Here is the link:
Hey!!!! I got a response! Not the one I wanted, but this has been more than I've been able to get! I looked up the executives for TM North America and figured out their email addresses through process of elimination. The EVP of Business and Commercial Operations in North America is Trevor Allin. His email is trevor.allin@ticketmaster.com. I emailed him at 1:55pm today and got a response from a social media specialist, Ian Putnam, at 2:39pm. Guess what Ian's email is! He said they would be escalating and I should receive payment in 8-12 weeks. I told him 5-7 business days is better. We'll see where it goes from there.

Wow, so you have been waiting 4 something months for your refund and now they want you to wait another 2 to 4 months? That's not right at all.

Yup! But, Ian emailed me yesterday (Monday) verifying that "account payable" has approved a check and he will let me know when it's mailed out. We'll see.
FINALLY received a check in the mail yesterday for around $1,100 CAD - total for 5 sales
7 weeks from the date I received the above email. FYI - I received 5 of the same email above, one for each separate “listing”

I had a problem getting paid by TM because I switched banks between the day I sold tickets and the day they supposedly transferred me the funds for said tickets. My old bank insisted that they would not accept a payment to a closed account, but TM insisted that the payment went through.
To my surprise, I got a $900 check from my old bank last week.
I sold tickets in April of 2022. Filled out the check request form a few months back at this point...still nothing. At this point, I'm wondering if I'll be paid before it hits the 1 year mark from the date of the sale...

Finally got mine as well a few days ago for all my Hamilton and Toronto sales. Somewhat amazed that they actually sent it. Bank took about 3% to convert to USD but at least it's done now
Still waiting on my refund that was requested in October. In the mean time ticketmaster has permanently banned my account for no particular reason. These guys suck.

Update: I received the check! Finally! It arrived about 10 days after I got ahold of the Executives. If you haven't gotten yours yet, it probably wouldn't hurt to email the guys I listed above. Good Luck!
Check received today. Ticketmaster Canada has a Houston address. Based on the check stub, the "invoice" for my payment was dated 12/15/22, but the check is dated and postmarked 2/24/23. Their responses over the months definitely stated different time frames, but glad to finally be done with this. Cant wait to see how much Chase charges to deposit this thing.

Same!! I couldn't believe it when I opened my mailbox. Never thought I would see it!!

I'm jealous. Still waiting for mine after months of back and forth emails with TM. Maybe mine is on the way as well.

Thanks for the advice. I emailed Trevor Allin today and he emailed me back within a few hours. He seemed nice. He said that Pearl Jam is amazing and he hoped I enjoyed the shows. He asked for my phone number so that someone could reach out to me via phone. I hope this works. Thanks again for letting me know about this. Now, I just have to wait for my phone call.
